Yedoro Tibs (fried chicken)

Utensils: Deep large frying pan and large bowl.

Ingredients:
1 medium chicken
1 cup butter oil
1 cup red onions (chopped)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup wine
to taste salt
6 cups water

Preparation:
Skin and was chicken and cut into usual parts. Boil in 6 cups of water until tender. In a separate pan, fry chopped onions with butter until golden brown. Add a little wine at a time. Add boiled chicken and cook. Sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve hot.

Serves 6.

Store in a refrigerate.

Yedoro tibs may be cooked with a little red pepper if desired.
