ከኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ የሽግግር ምክርቤት የተሰጠ መግለጫ
ሐምሌ 6 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም
ዘረኛውና ጨቋኙ የህወሓት አገዛዝ በሃገራችንና በህዝባችን ላይ እየፈጸማቸው ያለው ህዝብ የማሰቃየት፤ የማሰር፤ የመግደል፤ ከቀየ የማፈናቀል፤ ጋዜጠኞችን ማሰር፤ የመናገር፤ የመሰብሰብና የመቃወም ነጻነትን ማፈን፤ ታሪካዊ የሃይማኖት ተቋማትን ማፈራረስ፤ የስርዓቱን ካድሬዎች በሃይማኖት አመራር ላይ መመደብ፤ ህዝቡን በሀይማኖትና በዘር በማከፋፈል ማጋጨት፤ እህቶቻችንን በአረብ ሀገሮች ለባርነት መሸጥ፤ ሌሎችም እጅግ በርካታ በደሎች የቀጠሉ ሲሆን፥ በቅርቡ ደግሞ የአምባገነኑ ስርአት ቁንጮ የአቶ መለስ ዜናዊን የጤና መታወክ ተከትሎ እየደረሱን ያሉ መረጃዎች የኢትዮጵያ ፖለቲካ ወዴት አቅጣጫ እየተጓዘ እንደሆነ ግልጽ አለመሆኑን እያለመለከቱን ነው። ከዚህም አንጻር ለሀገራችን ይህ ወቅት በአንድ በኩል እጅግ ፈታኝ ሲሆን፥ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ መልካም አጋጣሚዎች ሊፈጥር ይችላል ብለን እናምናለን።
የኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ የሽግግር ም/ቤትም ከሚደርሱት መረጃዎች በመነሳትና የሁኔታዎችን አሳሳቢነት በመገንዘብ፤ ከዚያም በላይ የሽግግር ም/ቤቱ የተመሰረተበትን ሰላማዊና የኢትዮጵያን አንድነትንና ሉአላዊነት፤ የዜጎችዋን መብት የሚያስጠብቅ የሽግግር ሂደት የማመቻቸትን ተልእኮ በተመለከተ ይህንን ወቅታዊ መግለጫ አውጥቷል።
- በአምባገነኑ አቶ መለስ ዜናዊ የጤና ሁከት ምክንያት ሊፈጠር የሚችለውን የስልጣን ሽኩቻ ተከትሎ በመላው ሀገሪቱ አለመረጋጋት ሊከሰት እንደሚችል ህብረተሰቡ ተገንዝቦ አስፈላጊውን ቅድመ ዝግጅት እንዲያደርግ፤
- በስልጣን ሽኩቻ ምክንያት ሊከሰት የሚችለው አለመረጋጋት የራሱ የሆነ አሉታዊ ወይንም አወንታዊ ውጤቶችን ሊያመጣ ስለሚችል መላው ህበረተሰብ ለውጡ ዘወትር ሲመኘው የኖረውን ፍትሃዊና ዲሞክራሲያዊ ስርአት ያመጣ ዘንድ እንዲታገል፤
- ተቃዋሚ ሀይሎች ሁሉ በአስቸኳይ ተሰባስበንና ተመካክረን፤ ሃገራችንና ህዝባችንን የሚታደግ አማራጭ እቅድ በመንደፍ፤ ሃይላችንን አስተባብረን ሁሉን አቀፍ የሽግግር ስርአት እንዲፈጠር የሚጠበቅብንን ሀገራዊ ሀላፊነት እንድንወጣ፤
- የመከላከያ ሃይሉም የኢትዮጵያን ሉአላዊነትን በማስከበር ሚና ላይ በማተኮር ከህዝብ ጎን በመቆም የህዝብ ወገናዊነቱን እንዲያሳይ፤
- ለኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ጥቅም ሳይሆን ለራሳቸዉ የስልጣን ጥም፤ ከኢትዮጵያ ይልቅ ለውጭ ሃይሎች በተገዙ ቡድኖች እጅ የሀገሪቱ ሕልውና አደጋ ላይ እንዳይወድቅና መንግስታዊ ስልጣን በጸረ-ኢትዮጵያ ሀይሎች እጅ እንዳይወድቅ ሁሉም ሀገር ወዳድ ነቅቶ እንዲጠብቅ፤
- ይህንን አጋጣሚ በመጠቀም ህዝቡን በዘርና በሃይማኖት በመከፋፈል አላስፈላጊ ወደሆነ ግጭት ለመውሰድ የሚጥሩትን አፍራሽ ሀይሎች ህዝቡ በቆራጥነት በመታገል የሀገሩን ሉአላዊነትና የህዝቡን አንድነት እንዲያስጠብቅ፤
- በተለያዩ ሀገራት የሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያን እንወክላለን የሚሉ አምባሳደሮች ለአምባገነኖች ተገዥ ከመሆን እንዲታቀቡና ከህዝቡ ጎን በመቆም የህዝብ ወገናዊነታቸውን እንዲያሳዩ፤
- የሃይማኖት መሪዎችና የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች ሁኔታዎች ሳይባባሱ የተፈጠረውን የሽግግር ሂደት በመደገፍ ድርሻቸውን እንዲወጡ፤
- በስማቸው የሚነገደው ነገር ግን የስርአቱ ተጠቃሚ ያልሆኑት አብዛኛው የትግራይ ህዝብ በዚሁ አጋጣሚ ከመላው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ትግል ጎን በመቆም የሁሉንም ኢትዮጵያዊ ጥቅም የሚያስከብር ስርዓት እንዲመጣ የትግል አጋርነታቸውን በተግባር እንዲያረጋግጡ፤
የሽግግር ም/ቤቱ አመራር ጠቅላላው ጉባኤ በሰጠው ሃላፊነት መሰረት ከሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር መወሰድ ስለሚገባቸው እርምጃዎች በአፋጣኝ ምክክር ለመጀመር ያስችል ዘንድ ለሁሉም ተቃዋሚ ሃይሎች የትብብር ጥሪ በኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ስም ያቀርባል።
ፈጣሪ ኢትዮጵያንና ህዝቧን ይባርክ!

መለስ ዜናዊ በሕወአት ተወዳጅነት ያለውና ሕወአት ለኢሕአድግ የወከለው ሰው ነው. ሕወአት እያንዳንዱን ክልል, ፌዴራል ፓሊስንና የኢትዮጵያ ጦርን ይቆጣጠራል. መለስ ብሄራዊ አስተዳደሩን ይቆጣጠራል. መለስ ከጠ/ሚኒስትርነቱ ዞር ቢል, ቦታውን ማንም ይሁን ማን ለታማኙ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሌላ አማራጭ ለማይኖረው ካስረከበ በህዋላ ነው. ስለዚህ, ለውጥ ብዙም አንጠብቅ.

መግለጫው ባልከፋ የኢሳያስ ሞተ ወቅት መሰለ እንጂ:: ለማንኛውም ትልቅ ጥንቃቄ ይፈልጋል:: ለአሁኑ መስሎአችሁ የምትደግፉት ነግ ለናንተ የተቀበረ ፈንጂ ነው:: በተለይ በጥቂት ሙስሊም ሕ/ሰብ እየተንጸባረቀ ያለው በጥሞና መፈተስ ይጠይቃል::
Please, I do not advise you to use a term “anti-ethiopian:….. First we do not know about this council and it is not also an official. You better work as leders anot as tranisitonal governments? Obviously- this is not acceptable. It looks you are power hunger too. It is very surprising to have such a council in the name of Ethiopians without having a consultation.
We certainly need it but the stakeholders are not well consulted…. Learn learn from our past mistakes……..

i like it but work on most on number 9. It is the best tool for the Woyane to use the innocent Tigrians to use the against other ethnic group when that time comes so please work on that most. There has to be a very systematic way of doing to inclusive all the opposition parties that are legal in Ethiopia. THEY HAVE TO SEND ONE MEMBER TO RAISE (REPRESENT THEM) AND MAKE ON TOP SECRET then they will/can say/pretext HE DOESN’T REPRESENT THEIR PARTY FOR WOYANE.
Oromo people live here in USA and Other Foreign nations should avoid their woyane weapon mentality and think the big picture first. By this i mean that they have to think the country first and any individual and group right after that . Otherwise there will be no one free to GIVE and RECEIVE freedom.
Amhara people live here in USA and other foreign nations should avoid their generalization by concluding that all Tigreans are woyane and all Oromos are OLF thinkers. No that is false. That is being woyane’s secret weapon to help the stay in power and we remain divided. Avoid this mentality all Oromos are our brothers and sisters and all Tigreans are not woyane supporters. Even there are so many Tigreans who wants they woyane change than Oromos and Amharas think of it. They already know what secret woyane used to divide them from the rest of the people inorder to stay in power. Therefore give them true love and be harmonies to them and talk about oneness!
Other like Gurage and debub hizboch Gambela and Afar we all know that you are great people in this time of Ethiopean history. Woyane has left no stone unturned to divide us and think a lot more divided Ethiopia than the one we have. But they were unsuccessful because of you guys! History in the years to come will reveal the whole truth what You did for the last 20 some years. Keep on doing that guys. Think one Ethiopia and think one nation
Tigreans i would like to say a lot for you! we had a bad leader his body from the heart land of Tigray but his mind from root land of Hitler and Mussolini! You all know that what he did and what he is doing. We all know that he works are immortal while his body is mortal. we all know that what will go down in history and what will perish along the way. We all had bad war times as one nation with no exception. we have zero differences in all circumstances that we share in common. One the same ! no room for difference ! no no no no no no!
But few blood suckers that are sadists who enjoy in our sickness and misery tried a lot to divide us. They told us fabricated propaganda and lies to make us seen each other one enemy for the other! they fabricate lies and told us in their state controlled media over and over and over again as we killed each other and as if one oppressor and the other oppressed! As if one hates the other and in case of bad times they said that one will eat the other ! this was their means of PROPAGANDA to say in power for the last 21 years. They enjoyed what they want but we remain with the problem they gave us with out finding the solution for long. We still think what they told us is true! We even think of that the case of Rwanda is an inevitable.
Guys you see how their propaganda and orchestrated lies are so powerful?
No that was not true and will not be true forever! Avoid it from your mind and LET’S ALL BECOME FREE since we all are contaminated by the lies and propaganda viruses of woyane. Unless we work together nobody will be free!
We are same and one people we will not have a border to demarcation as one is Tigray one is Oromo one is Amahara one is Gurage and Debub hizboch one is Gambela one is Afar so and so forth. One Ethiopia with Librity Equality and pursuit of happiness for all the citzines of that great historical prosperous nation for the years and the generation to come!
Thing the big picture first then we will have all set not only for us for the next generation to come. Let’s be thoughtful to be the contemporary founding fathers of the true, modern, democratic, prosperous nation of the earth which is located in the East part of Africa and origin of mankind for the 21st century science and uncolonized by foreign powers
