እንደ ሃገራሽን የሃምሌ ዝናብ ያለማቆም የሚወርደው የወሬ ናዳ አእምሮአችንን ሲያሳምመን ቀናት ቆጥረናል። በጦርነት ጊዜ ቀዳሚ መስዋዕትነት የምትከፍለው እውነት እንደ መሆኑዋ ሁሉ በወሬ ናዳም እውነት ትሞታለች። ሞታም ትነሳለች። ቀደም ባለው የወሬ ነፋስ የሻቢያው አለቃ አረፉ ተብለን ነበር። እሳቸውም ጊዜ ቆጥረው ብቅ በማለት ለወዳጅና ለጠላታቸው አለሁ አርፋቹሁ ተቀመጡ በማለት ፊታቸውን አሳዩን። በመሰረቱ የኤርትራው መሪ ሞት ለሃገሪቱ የሚያመነጨው ተስፋ የለውም። ችግርንና መከራን እንጂ! የኤርትራ ህዝብ አንድነትና ሰላም አደፍራሾች የውጭ ሃይሎች እንጂ የወያኔ ድንፋታ አይደለም። የወያኔና የሻብያ ፍትጊያና ፍጥጫ ሌሎች የሚገፉትና እሳቱ ደምቆ እንዲነድ ነዳጅ የሚያቀብሉት የጭፍን ግብግብና ማለቂያ የሌለው ትግል ነው። ወንድሙን እህቱን ገድሎ የሚፎክር ወታደር በዓለም ዙሪያ ተሰምቶ አይታወቅም። የሻብያና የወያኔ ወታደሮች ግን ጀግና የሚባሉት ስንት ኤርትራዊና ስንት ኢትዪጵያዊ እንደገደሉ ተሰልቶ ነው። አንድ የሚያረገንን ነገር ሁሉ እያፈረሱ የጥል ግድግዳ የሚያቆሙት እነዚህ አፍራሽ ሃይሎች ዛሬም የሚተነፍሱት ከበረሃ ይዘው በመጡት ልብና ሳንባ ነው። ለውጥ የሚባለ ነገር ለእነርሱ ማፍረስ ነው።
አሁን እንሆ የአቶ መለስ መታመም በተቃዋሚ ድህረ -ገጾች ላይ በየቀኑ እየተነገረን ነው። አንድ ሞተዋል ሲለን፤ ሌላው ደግሞ በጽኑ ታመዋል፤ የቀረው ደግሞ ግባተ – መሬታቸውን ፈጽሞ ወደፊት ስለሚሆነው ያስነብበናል። እውነቱ ግን ከዚህ ሁሉ ውስጥ አይደለም። በመሰረቱ የአቶ መለስም ሆነ የሻብያው መሪ ሞት ህዝባችንን ከጫኑበት ሰቆቃና ስቃይ አያድነውም። የዘረጉት አጥፊና ከፋፋይ ድልድይ መፍረስ ብቻ ነው ለህዝባችን ጠቀሜታ የሚያመጣው። የምንቃወመው ሃሳባችውን፤ ድርጊታችውን መሆን አለበት እንጂ የልቡ እንዳልደረሰለት የመድሃኒት መተተኛ ሞታቸውን መመኘት የለብንም። ሞት ለማንም አይቀርም። ጭቁኑም ተጨቋኙም በጊዜአቸው ያልፋሉ። ታዲያ በዚህ ሁሉ የወሬ ናዳ ውስጥ አቶ መለስ ብቅ ብለው አዎን አሞኝ ነበር። አሁን ግን ተሽሎኛል ወደሥራም ተመልሻለሁ ቢሉን የውሽት የወሬ ጆንያ ተሸከመው ወሬውን ሲያናፍሱ የነበሩ ሁሉ ምን ይሉን ይሆን? አበው ሲተርቱ “ማን ያርዳ የቀበረ፡ ማን ይናገር የነበረ” እንዲሉ አጉል የይሁንልን ምኞታቸውን የሚነግሩን ሁሉ አስበውና አመዛዝነው የእውነት ወሬ ቢያካፍሉን ለድህረ- ገጻቸው መታመኛ ጉልበት ያክልላቸዋል። ለዛሬ ደርሰናል። የተለየ ወሬም የለም። ነገ የሚያመጣውን ጠብቀን እንይ!

ክፉም ደጉም ወደ መቃብር ጊዜውን ጠብቆ ይሄዳል። ከሰው ግን አንድ ነገር ይገርመኛል። ቀብር ውሎ እቤት ገብቶ የራሱን ሞት የማያስብ። ምንም ይሁን ምንም በሰው ሞት ፊቱ የፈካ ጤነኛ አእምሮ የለውም ባይ ነኝ።

ወዳጄ አስማማው – ሃስብህ ጥሩ ሆኖ እያለ ሊመጣ ያለውን ሳታውቅ በዛሬ ቆመህ ነገን መሳልህ በደሮ በሬ ሊያርስ ከተሰለፈ የላቀ ሞኝ ያረግሃል። መፈራረስ ያለበት የዘረጉት አፍራሽ ግድግዳ ነው። በእኔ እምነት ወያኔ የሃገር ፍቅር የሌለው አጥፊ ድርጅት ስለሆነ የአቶ መለስ ህልፈተ – ዓለም ብቻውን ለሃገራችን መፍትሄ አያመጣም።

Yes,it is true that the death of Meles Zenawi or any other mastermind of a tyrannical regime BY ITSELF does not bring about the badly desired genuine democratic change .This is a very common knowledge understood by any ordinary citizen and some one with the ABC of politics leave alone some one with a reasonable level of education and professional skils. However, your arguement of undermining (total disregading ) the demise of a terrible dictator and his disappearance from his leading role in the indoctrination, planning, overseeing and controling of the dirty political game sounds naive and clumsy . Yes, it makes a lot of sense to argue that we should have a very objective and well-balanced assessment on the question of whther the death of a dictator has its own contributin or not. But, to say that the death or the disappearance of ruthless “leaders” does have any thing with the change we aspire does not make sense at all. I am not expressing my wish for the death of Ato Meles as such. I am just expressing my view that history ( with few exceptions) does not show that the tyrannical system which is totally under the command of one person such as Ato Meles remains intact when that person is gone forever.
Another point you mention is about the news and information circulating around for the last few weeks about the health status of Ato Meles. Ye, it is true there are a lot of misinformation,disinfromation and confusion as far as the question of what exactly is happening is concerned. Although the degree of confusion during this type of “unexpected “event various , it is not uncommon to hear and read all kinds of information from different sources . This is very common especially in countries in which people are forced to live under complete darkness as far as the very essence of freedom of information is concerned. Not only this, but sadly enough , the people are getting a very big and confusing briefings or news from extremely disgracful and self-humiliated, if not moron-type officials such as Bereket and Shemeles . I agree with the idea that it is absolutely necessary for journalits and other sources to be mindful about the information they want to share. But, it must be noted that it is absolutely impossible to avoid ceratin level of misinformation and confusion in situations such as the we are talking about.
Dear Adefiris, you asked what those people who are carrying around with “sacks of news ” if Ato Meles going to get well and resume his “dirty game”? I do not know why you want to stretch and exagerate some thing that is not abnormal or unexpected during the time of some sort of big and unexpected event such as the “death” of At Meles. I do not know why you look like unnecessarily emotional ,if not upset about this situation.The only straight answer for your question ,”What.. if Ato Meles is not going to die?” is ” the sruggle will continue and will shorten his dealy political game!!” Ttat is as clear as that!! Yes, the death of a terrible dictator will have its own good contribution to the struggle and the people are not supposed to negelect this fact .
Dear ato Adefiris, I do not know why went too far to the extent of saying ” … ende yemedehanit metetegna motachewun memegnet ” . I do not know how and why you felt to the extent of insulting those people who argue that the natural death of a dictator before he cuases much more devastation to this generation and the very survial of the country is a good thing . I sincerely beilieve this has nothing with neither a sense of mrality as we know nor the great culuture of Ethiopianism. I do not think the innocent people of Ethiopia afford to be preached ( either religiously or secularly) that it is a kind of sin or crime or immoral to see a mastermind of a horrible ruling circle gone forever.
Dear commentator Adefiris, there is nothing wrong with expressing your views and observation . But, I do not think it is desirable to go too far and underestimate the intelligence of those who are trying to find out what is happening to Ato Meles which is characterized by all kinds of confusing and unpredicatable environment.
Any way, time will tell possibly very soon, not later; and in the mean time, all kinds of information and misinformation will contiune and that is not something surprising sir!!

Second – Your comment is not a comment. It is more of a commentary. In the future make it short and to the point.
Sure, it may not change anything. But, it may also change something. We saw and heard Ato Meles for 21 years and we decided that he is a Devil. Nothing worse could come after him, so I say be it and let’s try our chances to see the next leader. The new one may bring about changes to the election process, the justice system and press freedom – which will pave the way to Ethiopian Democratization.
