ንጉሠ ነገሥት ዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ሲሞቱ፣ መኳንንቱ ለሕዝቡ የ‹እምዬ›ን ሞት ለማርዳት ፈርተው ዓመታት ቆይተዋል፡፡ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር መለስ ዜናዊስ ዳግማዊው ‹ዳግማዊ-ምኒልክ› ለመሆን በቅተው ይሆን እንዴ? ይህቺን ጽሁፍ እስካሰናዳሁባት ሰዓት ድረስ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ በመልካም ጤንነት ላይ ናቸው፣ በጠና ታመዋል እና ሞተዋል የሚሉ ‹‹ታማኝ ምንጮች›› ከየአቅጣጫው እየፈለቁ ነው፡፡ እውነታውን ምሎ የሚናገር ሕዝብ ወይም የሕዝብ አባል ግን የለንም፤ ጉዳዩ በእንቆቅልሽ የተሞላ ነው፡፡
አሁን፣ አሁን ገዢው ፓርቲ የራሱ ዋሾነት ሳያንሰው የአማራጭ መረጃ ምንጮችን ታማኝነት እስከወዲያኛው ለማድረቅ ሆነ ብሎ የሚጫወተው ‹ጌም› ያለ እየመሰለኝ መጥቷል፡፡ በ‹‹ታማኝ ምንጮች›› በኩል የሐሰት መረጃዎችን ማፍሰስ፣ በጣም እስኪናፈሱ መጠበቅ፣ ወሬዎቹን በከፊል የሚያረጋግጡ መግለጫዎችን መስጠት፣ መጨረሻ ላይ ግን ወሬዎቹ በሙሉ ‹‹ከአሉባልታ›› ያልበለጡ መሆናቸውን አረጋግጦ የዜና ምንጮቹን ተአማኒነት መግደል፡፡ ለኔ፣ መለስ ቢያንስ በቅርቡ ወደቢሯቸው መመለስ ከቻሉ ተናፋሽ ወሬዎችን ለማመን ይሄ የመጨረሻዬ ይሆናል ማለት ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን ከዚያ በፊት የዚህ እንቆቅልሽ እነቆቅልሾች ስለሆኑት ነገሮች ትንሽ ልበል፡፡
እንቆቅልሽ አንድ፡- የግልጽነት ነገር
የገዢው ፓርቲ አባላት እና የመንግስት ባለስልጣናት ከረፈደ በኋላም ቢሆን መለስ መታመማቸውን አምነዋል፡፡ በርግጥ እነሱ በማሕበራዊ አውታሮች እንደሚወራው ሕመማቸውን አላካበዱትም፡፡ ሆኖም መታመማቸውን ለማመን ሁለት ሳምንታት ስለፈጀባቸው የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ደጋፊዎችም ሆኑ ነቃፊዎች እውነታውን ለማወቅ ሲወዘወዙ ከርመዋል፡፡ መንግስት አትናዱት እያለ በሚመክረን ሕገመንግስቱ አንቀጽ 12 ላይ እንዳስቀመጠው ‹‹የመንግስት ጉዳዮች ለሕዝብ ግልጽ መሆን አለባቸው›› ይላል፡፡ ሆኖም ማንም ከቁብ የቆጠረው ያለ አይመስልም፤ አንደኛ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ለምን የሥራ ገበታቸው ላይ እንዳልተገኙ አልተነገረንም ነበር፣ ሁለተኛ ማን እንደተካቸው ሊነገረን አልተፈቀደም፤ ምክንያቱ እንቆቅልሽ ነው!
እንቆቅልሽ ሁለት፡- የአመኔታ ነገር
የመንግስት ባለስልጣናት ስለመለስ የጤና ሁኔታ መግለጫ ከሰጡ በኋላም ቢሆን የመለስ የጤና ችግር በጣም ከባድ እንደሆነና እንዲያውም ሳይሞቱ እንዳልቀረ መወራቱ ቀጥሏል፡፡ መንግስት ይፋዊ መግለጫ አለመስጠቱ ኅብረተሰቡን ሲያምሰው መክረሙ አንሶ መግለጫ መስጠቱም መፍትሄ ያወረደ አይመስልም፡፡ የመንግስት መግለጫ ፋይዳ የሌለው በምን ምክንያት ነው ብንል ምናልባት ካስለመደን ውሸት የመነጨ ነው ሊባል ይችላል - ታዲያ ለምን ነበር የመንግስት ሰዎች መግለጫውን እንዲነግሩን የፈለግነው፣ የምንፈልገውን ለመስማት? እንቆቅልሽ ነው!
እንቆቅልሽ ሦስት፡- የስርዓት ነገር
ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ቢሞቱ ማነው ስልጣናቸውን የሚወስደው ለሚለው ጥያቄ የመጀመሪያው መልስ የሚሆነው፣ ‹‹ምክትል ጠ/ሚኒስትሩ ወክለዋቸው እየሰሩ ይቆዩና ፓርላማው በምትካቸው ይመርጣል›› የሚል ነው፡፡ ነገር ግን ማንም ይሄ መልስ የሚዋጥለት ሰው (ቢያንስ ከተቃዋሚው እና ‹መሃል ሰፋሪ› ነን ከሚሉት ወገን) ማግኘት አይቻልም፡፡ ኢሕአዴግ ሕገመንግስቱን ካፀደቀ ከ17 ዓመታት በኋላም እንኳን ቢሆን ዘርግቼዋለሁ በሚለው ስርዓት ላይ እምነት ያለው ሕዝብ አላፈራም ማለት ነው፡፡ ታዲያ ምን ሲሰራ ከረመ? እንቆቅልሽ ነው!
እንቆቅልሽ አራት፡- የአብዮቱ ነገር
በመንግስት እርምጃዎች የመንግስት ሠራተኛው፣ ነጋዴው፣ ባለንብረቱ፣ ሙስሊሙ፣ ክርስቲያኑ፣…ሥራ ያጣው ወይም ደሞዙ የማያኖረው ከተሜ፣ ማዳበሪያ መግዣ ያጣው ወይም የማዳበሪያ እዳውን መክፈያ የቸገረው ገበሬ፣… ሁሉም የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል በሆነ መንገድ ተቀይሟል፡፡ ይሄ ቅያሜው ደግሞ ከየአቅጣጫው ቀስበቀስ እንደፍም እየጋለ ነበር፣ ይሄ ግለት አንድ ቀን ሲፈነዳ ‹አብዮት› ይባላል፡፡ መለስ ከሞቱ (ወይም ቢሞቱ) የተጀመረው አብዮት ይቀለበሳል ማለት ነው? የአንድ ሰው መሞት የችግሮችን ሁሉ ቁልፍ ይፈታል ማለት ነው? የተበሳጩ ዜጎች አብዮቱን ለመቆስቆስ የሚጠቀሙበትን ወናፍ አስቀምጠው አገር አማን ነው ይሉ ይሆን? እንቆቅልሽ ነው!
እንቆቅልሽ አምስት፡- የኢሕአዴግ ነገር
ላለፉት 21 ዓመታት በመለስ አመራር ስር ያለው ኅወሓት/ኢሕአዴግ ሲያጠፋ በመለስ ሲሳበብ ቆይቷል፡፡ ኅወሓት/ኢሕአዴግን ለቅቀው የወጡት ቡድኖች እና ግለሰቦች ሳይቀሩ የሚወቅሱት መለስን ነው፡፡ እንዲያውም አንዳንዶቹ መለስ ባይኖሩበት ኖሮ ወደኢሕአዴግ ተመልሰው መግባት የሚፈልጉ እስኪመስለን ድረስ በጥርጣሬ እየተመለከትናቸው ነው፡፡ እሺ ‹መለስ› ኢሕአዴግን እንዲህ ጨቁነውትና በራሳቸው መስመር እየጎተቱ አስቸግረውት ከነበር፣ ለኢ-ዴሞክራሲያዊነት ብቻቸውን ዳርገውት ከነበር፣ የኢሕአዴግ ስህተቶች የግለሰቡ ችግሮች እንጂ የፓርቲው ካልነበር፣ አሁን ከሞቱ (ወይም ቢሞቱ) ኢሕአዴግ ነፃ ይወጣ ይሆን? እንቆቅልሽ ነው!
በጣም ጥሩ ጽሁፍ ነው:: በተለይ አንቀጽ ሁለት እና አምስት መስጦኛል!
እንቆቅልሹ ያንተ የእንቆቅልሽ ጽሁፍ ነው:: ጠቅላይ ሚንስትሩ በሌሉበት ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚንስትሩ ጠቅላይ ሚንስትሩን ወክለው ይሰራሉ የሚለው በህገ መንግስቱ የሰፈረው አልገባ ብሎህ ነው ወይስ እንዲገባህ ስላልፈለግክ ነው::

ኢሕአፓ መቼ ነው መሪነቱን የምትይዘው?ልደታን እያከበርች በስደት አረጀች::
I am still in Dilemma;
Yes, change is mandatory, whether the prime minister is alive or not. But there are important challenges to be considered 1st.
1-Who? Who should be next is a dilemma for many of us. Opposition parties do not seem to have a better agenda except to lined up as opposition parties only. They are not the best choices as they are not yet with clear cut vision for this country, which should be presented very visibly, as far as any ordinary citizen may get it, be inspired by it and be willing to vote for them. You all know Meles’s vision 22 yrs ago. See how he articulated it,whether he was faithful to his claims or not. We need simply articulated vision as this. Sometimes I am tempted to think that EPRDF may still be better despite its flows.
Individuals like Birhanu Nega are with all moral deficiencies be it ethical or religious, and I have piles of back ups that he could never fit.
Dr Fissiha Eshete is similarly unfit, as he could not even manage his own private family life. I still have enough evidence about him while he was leading his “so called” university. Ask any student who attended that university. You will get the fact. Why is he now interested in politics? What was he doing with them? How smart was he to collect all money he snatched from the free land? And then he run away.
The Oldies-politicians, whether Aregawi,Siye,Gidey,Negasso,Marara, can’t fit as they were the history makers and therefore still accountable for all such a mess.
All media(ESAT;VOA;ETHIOPIAN REVEIW;FITIH;etcetra… seem strongly ambitious to nail down EPRDF. Here I see role confusion. clear your way whether you are politicians, freedom fighters or professional news makers. I say this from the item lists of your media consumption which is very much congested with politics issues only and your emotions very visibly sided. I see you accuse EPRDF with ethnicity but all of you in the media are essentially from one ethnic group, including Tamagne Beyene. Why? Tesfaye Gebreab is obviously Shabiya from who he really is and what he really talks by his pen. If this is not true then prove it. You seem to make Ethiopianism your cover.Is your blood purely Ethiopian?
Media should be there just as a media, telling reliable facts as much as possible,not pro or anti governments. One way or the other you will be accountable for the subtle destructive roles you are playing over against innocents and a nation as a whole. I am not trying to side with EPRDF. I surely know that EPRDF has overridden the freedom of Media, human rights, justice systems etc. My plea is justify your roles as reliable news makers.
2-What? What should be the task ahead if this may be the termination for EPRDF? No one is so far able to articulate the matrix of the next power play. That is why we see no one trying to grab the tail of this provision(the absence of the prime minister).
3-When? All seem waiting for a miracle to happen or just wait until the last cell of EPRDF dies. With this therefore EPRDF is still the better choice. What I mean is you just choose between two evils; and you take the better evil. I can assure you that no one will qualify for the sit with such a gut.
So What?
LET’S FORGET THE PAST; ALL UNTIL THIS MOMENT; AND CALL FOR RECONCILIATION OF THE RIGHTIEST, THE LEFTIEST AND THE CENTERIST.
ALL POLITICIANS LISTED ABOVE AND THOSE WHO WERE IN DIFFERENT PARTIES,(1940′s todate), SHOULD ALL BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR COMMITMENT, AND MAY BE PROVIDED WITH THE SIT OF TRANSITIONAL PARLIAMENT(2013-2017). NO VENGEANCE, NO NEED TO DIG INTO THE PAST AND MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND THIS SHOULD BE DONE THROUGH NATIONAL RECONCILIATION, LEAVING THE REST FOR THE ROLE OF HISTORY TO DEAL WITH IT.
WE NEED OLDIES, PROFESSIONALLY EXCELLENT,ETHICALLY UPRIGHT JUDGES, FOR OUR COURT SYSTEM.
WE NEED YOUNG ADULTS (ALL BELOW 48) FOR OUR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS INCLUDING THE PRIME MINISTERS OFFICE.
WE NEED A LITTLE POLISH TO OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE POLICIES TO BE REFINED THROUGH PROCESS WHILE BUILDING UP ON WHATEVER IS GOING ON.
