In at least seven African countries, more of the circumcised men get HIV than the non-circumcised. If Kenya is different, it probably has nothing to do with circumcision, but something to do with the difference between the sexual practices of the circumcising and non-circumcising peoples.

What is Kenya doing about measures that are known to be much more than 60% effective against HIV, such as condoms, sterile medical instruments and one partner at a time?</description>
