The big problem is the availability/opportunity of job placement after graduation.As to say if one doesn’t plough deep,one can’t harvest enough;as ethiopian students know that after graduation the opportunity of job oofering is minimal,all scolarshiped students often ramin where they scolared to and find better sallary and good job skill.Indeed our educational system and government organizatons need to give viable attitude towards graduate students after completion of hard work/study.The governmet needs to value all citizens of ethiopia for better ethiopia of tomorrow.yesterday is yesterday,today is joy of learning,and tomorrow is mistery;but the mistery need not to be forgotten as mistery for what soever in ethiopia to bring good change.

I am ashamed of hawassa university.Because other ethiopian universities like adama,jimma,haremaya etc
are paying house allowance for families of those abroad in india for phd.While hawassa university is not.I hope you will do this soon.Otherwise no body will comeback to the university.
