Two charged with filming female soldiers showering
Associated Press — The U.S. military in Iraq says two soldiers have been charged with filming and photographing female members of their unit while they were taking showers and then distributing the video and images.
The military says the misconduct happened during the unit’s pre-deployment training at Fort Dix, New Jersey, in the fall of 2008.

The U.S. military in Iraq says two soldiers have been charged with filming and photographing female members of their unit while they were taking showers and then distributing the video and images.
The military says the misconduct happened during the unit’s pre-deployment training at Fort Dix, New Jersey, in the fall of 2008.
The accused soldiers are Sgt. Gilbert Parker and Spc. Matthew Delia, both National Guardsmen of the 266th Military Police Company, 8th Military Police Brigade in Basra, Iraq. The company is out of Manassas, Virginia.
If convicted, Parker could face a jail term of up to 18 years, while Delia could be imprisoned for 12 years.
