Ethiopia: Office licenses over 63 million Birr worth investment projects

Arssi Zone, Assela (ENA) – Three investors with 63 million Birr combined capital have received licenses to engage in mining in Arssi Zone, Oromia State, zonal mines and energy resource development office said.

Office head, Tadesse Gonfa told ENA on Saturday that the investors have received 40,000 square meters land.

The head said two of the investors are Ethiopians.

The investors have so far created jobs to 200 citizens. They are expected to create 3,000 permanent and temporary jobs when they fully go operational.
