Who stole the head of baby Jesus?
Someone stole the head of baby Jesus from a church statue in Wisconsin. We have to admit that would make a kickass centerpiece for our dining room table.
The head came from a statue at St. Joseph’s Church in Wauwatosa where Joseph is holding baby Jesus.
Maybe authorities should check in with these guys. A baby Jesus head is the only logical step after steal the head of a mechanical gorilla.
According to TMJ4, the church’s insurance will cover the repair of the statue. But that doesn’t change the fact that someone stole a baby Jesus head in the first place.
“Somewhere someone is using (the head) for a trophy,” church Business Administrator Deb Labermeier said. “The officer and I and the custodians looked everywhere on the property for it, and it’s gone.”
Where’s a lightning strike when you need it?
