Why are they announcing their game so early? Is it to frustrate or to build hype? Personally I think there is a limit to hype and that’s where frustration kicks in. Money or no money they are making a bad business choice by announcing the game so early in time and as such will lose customers. Personally I just think that Blizzard has lost their soul in recent years.

u can all go suck the dick because D3 aint gonna come out untill WoW have died. this will not happen fo a long time because in the past the expansions have shown that they bring back old players that have stopped. when this happens Blizzard want to keep them playing so they can keep getting more money.

D3 will suck because all of you have been expecting the best game of all time and your expectaitions are blown way out of proportion so it wont be as good as you think.

WoW is on a completely different level than D3. In fact it’s outdated. It’s only a matter of time before WoW is like D2 and that is when they will drop D3.

Game developers go where the money is. That unfortunately is how life works. As long as WOW rakes in the big bucks they will keep their focus on WOW. Just be glad D3 WILL come out eventually. It’s better than what happened to DNF:RIP. I just hope they realize that the longer they wait to bring a game out, the greater the expectations are from their gamer fan base. Diablo3 better be damn good or else Blizzard will get an ear full of bad reviews.

i think everyone just needs to stop worryin about when d3 comes out, and stop comparing Wow and D3. when d3 comes out it will come out, and everyone saying WoW is making blizzard more money, you better think about that again because WoW is a pathetic game…

Well I think that Blizzard probably knows that WoW won’t be “the best” forever. Another MMORPG similar to WoW will come out and people will move on to that. Right now, Blizzard just wants to make sure they don’t introduce their new game until many people are leaving WoW.

It sucks that it’s taking so long… but I think when the WoW audience dips, D3 production will be sped up.

Here you go guys, they (Blizzard) don’t care about us because WOW is making money for then every month.
They know a new generation will play Diablo III.
I have lost all hope on Blizzard and will not buy any of their games, I don’t care if Diablo III comes out next week. So, keep your kids from buying any more Blizzard games…buy then anything but Blizzard games, PS2,Xbox,…

Umm…Yeah Wrath of the Lich King is the second expansion for World of Warcraft, The Burning Crusade was the first that that came out in January 07 and Wrath I think was announce by November of that year so this is no surprise to me.

And you know I would love Diablo 3 to come put sooner but, WoW is making them Way More money then any other game they have ever release so we just have to deal with it and it will come out when it does.

This a joke from Blizzard? The origional was released in 1996, the second in 2000. Which was only 4 years between games. Now we are talking 12 years? They know people have been waiting for this game, they keep showing these trailers which looks like they are comming from a finished game. What is the hold up? The more they wait the more technology changes. So 2012 when we are all running Windows 7 or 8 will a game porigioanlly developed on XP still work? And that’s just one example.
Blizzard stop teasing us and release it already!

Horrible, By that time 2011 I’ll have kids and I’ll give up gaming…I grew up on D1 and D2 What a bunch of crab from Blizzard. Forget it. Keep your D3 it is not worth waiting…when it comes out and if ever…maybe 2020? I suppose they have 50 people working on Warcraft and 1 on Diablo…But who can blame them? they make what sells now and D3 would be a slight detour…shame..very disappointed!!!
