Addis Ethiopian Restaurant Oakland (video)
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA — This week the Oakland Urban Dining (OUDG) team went to the Addis Ethiopian Restaurant on Telegraph Ave in North Oakland. This was a real unique experience as it was the first time the team had eaten an entire meal devoid of utensils. Fear not, the OUDG team is resourceful and developed the “throw the carpet” technique to consume the Ambrosius cuisine. Highlights included Ethiopian Lager (beer), Kitfo and guest diner Justin Bethune. Hope you enjoy the video. Eating dinner is cool. Eating dinner in Oakland is even cooler.
