Ethiopia: Six towns in W. Hararge get access to mobile telephone service

Chiro – Six towns located in West Hararge Zone of the Oromia State get access to mobile telephone service recently, West Hararge District Office of the Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) disclosed.

Office manager, Kinfe Teka said the new beneficiaries of the service are the Gelemso, Bedessa, Hirna, Mi`esso, Debesso, and Assebot towns of the zone.

Some beneficiaries of the mobile telephone service, who are living in the stated towns of the zone, expressed happiness over the introduction of the service.

The corporation has enabled Chiro town, the seat of the zonal administration, get access to mobile telephone service two months ago.
