Ukrainian League desirous to work in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa – The Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs expressed interest to engage in the agriculture and other sectors in Ethiopia.

While discussing with the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Association vice-president of the league Vasyl V. KRUTOV said that the league would encourage its members to engage in the agriculture and other sectors in Ethiopia.

The Vice-president indicated that the league constitute a number of business people with huge investment capitals adding that it has trade relations with chambers of commerce in over 100 countries while it has signed trade agreement with other 85 chambers. According to the vice-president the league has 38,000 member organizations and the trade relations would benefit all parties in the two countries.

He also expressed that the Ukrainian business people are interested in engaging in the agriculture as well as construction, infrastructure and health sectors.

Recalling that Ukraine has been working closely with Ethiopia Secretary General of the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Association, Gashaw Debebe said that the agreement reached between the two parties would further strengthen the business and economic ties between the two countries.
