Ethiopia condominium project creates over 17,000 jobs

Bahir Dar – The Amhara state condominium houses construction project office said the project has created job for over 17,000 youth in the state.

Project manager, Dessalegn Wedage told WIC that the stated number of youth are involved in construction of 20,273 condos’ in 12 town of the state over the past two years.

Dessalegn said the construction of condos has significant role to speed up the state's development through solving housing problem.

Over 4,000 houses were transferred to the beneficiaries so far,he said, adding that the remaining houses are expected to transfer in the coming few months.
