The Butcher of Addis Ababa, Meles Zenawi, is in a Belgium hospital receiving medical treatment for high blood pressure, according to Ethiopian Review sources. He flew to Belgium a few days ago in the middle of the night.
A few months ago, Meles was in Dubai to get treatment. Sources say his condition is getting worse.
Meanwhile, Meles is also said to be clashing with his wife, Azeb Mesfin, over her aggressive move against Sebhat Nega and other senior members of the Tigrean People Liberation Front (Woyanne).
Azeb, who is a central committee member of Woyanne, has recently pushed out Sebhat Nega and became deputy chairperson of EFFORT, a multi-billion-birr business consortium. Sebhat is also ousted from the Woyanne politburo. Azeb's power struggle with other Woyannes is causing political problems for Meles within the tribal organization.

Yeh! We will celebrate the date. Of course he will die because he is mortal after all. But we all wish his death very soon because the longer he alive the more distructive things/mistakes he will committe.
What is wrong with his wife? Is she planning to run for the next prime Minster position? That will be good for Ethiopia because we will have the first Woman prime minister in the Horn of Africa.

We should not wish the death of anyone. Only God can judge him. He is going to have to answer to God for all of the things he did. I think the new generation needs to be better than the previous generation. Whenever a new person comes to power, he will either seeks vengeance on the previous administration or destruct everything that they have worked on. We are always there to cheer. That right there is our problem my friends. When are we going to change? We need to show everyone that we are better, that we respect the constitution, that we can create a democratic Ethiopia. We should work together to eradicate poverty and to protect our people not work against each other.

I hope he does not die. It is going to be a huge loss for Ethiopia and the rest of Africa. Thanks to his leadership, poverty in ethiopia has been defeated. There are only 14 million people in need of urgent food supply. It could have been 60 to 70 million if it was not for his astiute leadership. The country would have been a banana republic where laws were used to prosecute and eliminate potential adversaries. In modern ethiopia, if it is important to eliminate a person, arbitrary arrest and killing does not take place.It is ILLEGAL. A law to justfy the killing should be passed the day before. He is an envy of the world and we ethiopians should pray day and night for him to get well.
