  1. Mekit says:

Ethiopia should prevail over any interest group or factional issues. I remember the early days of the \’revolution\’ where people divided over personal issues such as land disputes, women, money etc joined opposng political groups, and you know the rest. Please God help Ethiopians to stay united and focused on the country\’s main and burning issues and not on trival issues.Amen.

  2. MOT BAY NOR says:

I would have been happy if Kinijit leader Hailu Shawel came with the other Kinijit elected members. His place suposed to be with Kinijit members, not with EPRP members. I hope he is not manipulated by the shaleqa group. God save Ethiopia. Now it is time for Hailu Shawel to transfer his power to the younger generation before too late.

  4. Geremew says:

I love my home land Ethiopia. I am not a member of Kinijit, but I admire the sacrifices paid by its members and the leadership. It is understandable if there are some dissagrement within the leadership. It is also understandable if Eng. Hailu decides not to attend the Kinijit meeting in DC. What I can not understand is how on Earth can MERCHAW be the one running the show of welcoming Eng Hailu. Mr. Hailu I love you and respect you so much. But the fact that you assosiated your self with MERCHAW is painful. Please try to know about this individual and distance yourself from him.

    I have to quote Geremew:

“what I can not understand is how on earth Merchaw/Muchaw could run the reception ceremony for Eng Hailu…”

Yes. No one could and would understand it. Do you listen what he was shouting about on his “Ethyopiawinet Radio” before Eng. Hailu’s interview? It was horrible.

Merchaw/Muchaw, cool down, don’t shout. It will be Okey!
