Ethiopian protestors stormed the Woyanne embassy in DC

June 18th, 2007 |

EMF, June 18 2007 – Hundreds of compatriots massed infront of the Woyane embassy today, condemning the verdict and court proceedings of the cangaroo court. The embassy was shut at one time as demonstrators stormed into the embassy compound. Embasy area was tense and officials called the police. Our compatriots made it clear that we will fight this injustice by all means possible. The DC metro area Kinijit support Chapter in colaboration with Hibret planned and staged this timely action. Our protests will continue using different methods.

It is time for action from now on. Sombody tell these compromised individuals, the so called “shimagiles” to get lost. They have proven to be partisan hacks. One of them even used woyane type insult to address us – calling us “Hamberger eating exiles” on a radio station run by a deranged anti-kinijit individual yesterday. Friends, defend Kinijit from hackers and keep on fighting for the freedom of our leaders and our people. Reported by – Fekade Shewakena
