Adolph Hitler has a street name after his name
Meles Zenawi has a street named after his name

Thanks for the info if and when I visit my homeland, I will make sure to avoid “Crime Minister Meles Zenawi Street”. I simply refuse to be infected with TPLF dirt.

Who knows sooner than we think, the street might change its name to “The People’s Prime Minister Bertukan Mideksa Street” Then I will be a prominent smiling jogger on that street?

  7. Assta B. Gettu says:

The street named after Meles Seitanawi will remind the next generation that there was such a notorious shifta in Ethiopia called Meles Seitanawi. What would he think if that Italian war-hero man – Abebe Aregai – saw such a street, a street he used to frequent to fight the Italian army, named after a coward person – Meles Seitanawi?

By the way, when is another street going to be named after Abune Paulos?

    Hi ER

You had better said it “joke of the Millinium”. The wereda you mentioned has a lot of heroes to be honered in many aspects but this is just to humulate the people by making them call the biggest enemy as a hero.

This is a cruel joke, especially when two brothers, who have done nothing wrong, were gunned down in cold blood, during the aftermath of the last (stolen) election inside a cafe in that town. Their only crime was suspicion of being a CUDP sympathizers. This should be the cruelest joke of the century. Even more so, when TPLF/EPDRF ethno-fascist theory of survival is completely based on the hatred of Northern Shoa Amharas.

Since Meles will not stay in power for another 16 years, the street named after him is not expected to last long. I am just wondering why he waited this long.
