Interview with Birtukan Mideksa – today

Former CUD now UDJ Vice Chairperson Wzt Birtukan Mideksa, and executive committee member Ato Temesgen Zewde will be Ethiopian Current Affairs Discussion Forum’s (ECADF) guests on Sunday, April 27, 2008, Time 2:00PM EST, or 20:00 CET. The interview will also be aired live via Ethiopian Review Radio Network (click here to listen).

    If Temesgen, Brtukan and so called UDJ membre are true fighters and go on the street to protest, thousands of ethiopians would follow them. When Gandhi went on teh street to protest against the British rule, eventhough demonstrations were not allowed, millions of people followed him. I never believe temesgen and brtukan have the Guts to do this except rubber stamping weyanes’s rules. They are the new loyal oppositions like Lidetu and Beyene Petros. Nothing less or more. The 8 preconditions are already forgotten and it is so sad Kinijit’s struggle fell into such low level. Mafriyawoch!

    Moblize the public armed with Democartic issues .let us take an old Meason slogans. {let masses moblize ,let masses armed with democratic issues, let masses rise for liberation} Kingit leaders should focus on forming all parties confedration on national level and civic moblizaton on diaspora it means confedarion all diasporas civic confedarion .
