I don’t support your approach, however, you came out stronger than the anchor as he hasn’t done his home work very well. He is very inarticulate and doesn’t have any sense of direction in the interview process.

  8. Mesfine says:

To conclude, this interview has proven that Elias is a dozen times smarter than the fellow who carried out the interview. The interviewer sounds like a gossip journalist, who merely reflects gossips, rumours and his own personal opinions than asking well prepared questions. Once again, this has given us one reason to give up on the old generation, who still live old thinkings that never worked.

Elias is too smart politician for the interviewer. He has proved himself in well meant answers to even some of the weird and irritating questions of the interviewer.

    Way to go Elias!!

  14. Alem says:

    Dear readers,

I have watched all interviews of Elias Kifle. He has only ambition and courage, but not knowledge. I am deeply saddened by Elias’s very immature and un-intellectual ideas and vision that can misguide many of the uneducated people. Sadly he has admirers, I guess people like him. All of his answers are fragmented, out of the point, and prejudiced. He must be told to stay away from Ethiopian politics. People like him are destructive and dangerous. Ethiopia has so many intellectuals who can lead the politics.

Now I know who Elias is.

  17. JEGNAW from Las Vegas says:

Impressed with both of you for making this awesome open forum discussion. I watched all five chapters continuously without break. I like both of you for the following reasons.

    A. Ato Gizaw …you sound a very intelligent CBS type news man who is managing his show according to his sponsors. Which means a sound judgment with intellectual twist. A very centrist approach but not as goal oriented, with a sence of urgency.
    B. Ato Elias is risking everything he has on a vision he has in his head; but he can’t explain in a logical or political science method.

In conclusion, I would rather seek a visionary than a person who is willing to talk about all the reasons why it didnt work in the past. (no disrespect to Ato Gizaw) At least with Ato Elias I will find out what worked or didnt work in a couple of YEARS.
    There is a saying……
If you are not living on the edge you are taking too much space !!!
