Dear Senator Russ Feingold,

Thank you for speaking out that the Ethiopian democracy is going backward and the laws the Ethiopian fake parliament has passed are indeed very repressive and oppressive: they are designed to stifle the opposition movement and to shut up the voices of the Ethiopian people from being heard by the democracy-loving nations like your country and others. As a result of such arbitrary laws, there is no way there will be a fair election in Ethiopia on May 23, 2010. You know it, and your government understands it.

In fact, ahead of the election, the Woyanne government has already started harassing, beating, jailing, and even killing those who are members of the opposing party as they try to campaign for the election. Case in point: just recently, an innocent Ethiopian by the name Aregawi Gebre-yohanes had been stabbed to death, and no doubt in my mind it was the Woyanne death squad who killed him.

Dear Senator, how many Ethiopians have to die in order to convince President Obama that Meles Seitanawi (Zenawi) has been a brutal dictator and an enemy of democracy, a man of misguided leadership and a corrupt government – a government that does anything evil to stay in power?

The Ethiopian people are requesting President Obama to refrain from pouring millions of American tax payers’ money into the pockets of this heartless man – Meles Seitanawi. If, in fact, President Obama stops arming the dictator to bully his neighbors and to kill his own people, the law-abiding Ethiopian citizens can easily achieve their human rights and run the election smoothly and democratically.

The Ethiopian people have been expecting President Obama would stop spoiling the already spoiled dictator, Meles Seitanawi, and never to abuse the Ethiopian people and never to misuse the American tax payers’ money; however, Washington has refused to hear the grievances of the Ethiopian people, but its ears are wide opened to hear the requests from the dictator and fulfill them at the right time, so that the dictator could stay in power.

If America thinks the existing friendship between the American people and the Ethiopian citizens will vanish once the dictator Meles Seitanawi is gone, I will assure you, Senator that will never happen, but if America continues to support dictator Meles, then the friendship between the two countries will be in a precarious situation. However, the Ethiopian people will always like their strong relationship with America to continue for a long, long time.

Election are used to make legal the stoogees of the westerns. We know there is no legal election in Africa, the one he wins is always the one he is at the servitude of the superpower, no matter who is he. So why partisipate? This white people they will never let us do our business we Africans. So why listen to them. Let them stay there in their palce and let us do our business. Woyane has to be removed by any means. If we think that they can be removed by the vote, we are fooling ourselves. As far as they serve the USA no votes can remove them. 2005 is the real proof. Let us consentrate in other ways to remove them forget the elections.

At the end of the day, what Senator Feingold wrote to President Obama will be nothing more than a faded memory. If you ask me this charade is nothing more than a cruel joke on the Ethiopian people. What did the US cogress do to Woyanne after they massacred hundreds of people in May 2005? The answer is nothing.

In fact Melles was given billions of dollards for massacring innocent people then ordered to invade Somalia at the behest of his masters. The Ethiopian diaspora should unite like Eritreans and demonstrate world wide on the eve of the planned sham elections in May this year. That would shame those countries who are propping up the tribal regime in Ethiopia. I am sure Eritreans in the diaspora would wholeheartedly support such a demonstration and stand by the Ethiopian people while exposing the hypocritical western governments.
