ኦሀዮ የደበረ ሰላም ቀዱስ ገብርኤል ምዕመናን በሙሉ በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ የተከሰተዉን ችግር ለመፍታት ጉዳዩ ያሳሰበን የተወሰኑ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትና ምዕመናን በፍቃድ ከተሰባሰቡና በሽመግልና ከሚረዱ የቤተክርስቲያኑ አዛዉንቶች ጋር በመሆን ተገቢዉን ጥረት በማድረግ ላይ እንገኛለን። እስካሁን ባለዉ እንቅስቃሴ በተለየዩ ግልጽነት በጎደላቸዉ ሁኔታዎቸ ሳቢያ ጥረቱ ወደፊት ከመራመድ ይልቅ ወደአልተጠበቀ ጎዳና በማምራት ላይ ነዉ። የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ቀሲስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን አባታዊ የሆነና ወቅታዊ መፍትሄ ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ ሆነዉ አልተገኙም። በምእመናን ፊት ይቅር ለእግዚአብሔር ተባብሎ ሠላም ከማስፈን ይልቅ፣ ግላዊና ቡድናዊ ስሜት እንዲሰፍን እየተደረገ ነዉ። ችግሩ ከአቅም በላይ ሆኖ በመገኘቱ የተወሰንን የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት በግልና በጋራ በመሆን፤ 2. በአደባባይ ከደረሰብንን መረጃ አልባ ከሆነ ዉንጀላና ዘለፋ ስማችንን ለማንጻት፣ ይህ እርምጃ ለኛም ሆነ ለጠቅላላዉ ምእመናን አሳዛኝ ስሜት እነደሚያሳድር ይታወቃል። ይሁን እንጂ ቀና መንፈሱ ካለ በጋራ ጉዳዩን ለማስተካከል እድሉ አሁንም በእጃችን ላይ ነዉ።እንደሚታወሰዉ ባለፈዉ ወር መጀመሪያ ላይ ሀይማኖታችንንና የመከባበር ባሕላችንን ባልተጠበቀ ሁኔታ የገብርኤል ታቦት ባረፈበት የተቀደሰ ቦታ ላይ ተቆሞ ከቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪና አንዳንድ አባላት ይሰነዘር የነበረዉ ዝቅ ያለ ቃላት፣ የለቱን ምዕመናን አንገት የአስደፋ የሐዘን ቀን ሆኗል። በእለቱ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ “አስቀድመዉ አላሰወቁኝም” ያሉትንና በተወሰኑ የሰበካና የህንፃ ኮሚቴ አባላት አማከይነት ለምዕመናን የታደለዉን የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ወጪና ገቢ፣ ችግርና መፍትሄ በከፊልም ቢሆን የጠቆመዉ ሪፖርት ለተቀደሰዉ ስፍራ መናጋት ምክንያት ሆኗል። በመሰረቱ ሪፖርቱ በዚያ ሁኔታ መታደል በራሱ የነበረዉን የዉስጥ አሰራር ችግር የሚያመለክትና የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎች እንዲነሱ የሚጋብዝ ነበር። ነባሮቹ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት የሚወርዱበትን ምክንያት በግልጽ አሳዉቆ ፣ በእጃቸዉ ሚገኘዉን ንብረትና ገንዘብ አወራርደዉ ላደረገት አፍራሽም ሆነ ገንቢ አስተዋጽኦ ወቀሳም ሆነ ምስጋና ከምእመናን ተሰጥቶ ወደሚቀጥለዉ እርምጃ መጓዝ የእለቱ አላማችን ነበር። ይህ ሊሆን አልቻለም። በተድበሰበሰና በአቋራጭ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን አስተዳደር በተለይም የፋይናንስ አቋሙን በቀጥታም ሆነ በተዘዋዋሪ በአስተዳዳሪዉ ሙሉ ቁጥጥር ስር ለማድረግ የተጀመረዉ እርምጃ በመተጓጎሉ መላዉ ምዕመናን እደሚያስታዉስቱ ከፍተኛ ቁጣ ሊያስነሳ በቀቷል። አስተዳዳሪዉ በሃይማኖት መሪነት እና የአባትነት ባህርይ፣ በትእግስት ሁኔታዉን በማስረዳትና ለቀረበዉ ሪፖርት መልስ በቃል ወይም በሌላ ቀጠሮ በተመሳሳይ ሪፖርት እንዲሰጥ በማድረግ ምዕመናኑን አረጋግቶ ቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ሳይናጋ የሚጓዙበትን ሁኔታ ሊፈጠሩ በተገባ ነበር። ከዚህ ይልቅ የተወሰኑ ሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትን በገንዘብ ዘራፊነት፣ በግል ጥቅም አሳዳጅነትና በግል ህይወት ጭምር ጣልቃ በመግባት ሲኮነኑ ተደምጧል። የድምፅ ማጉያዉን በመቀበል ለምዕመናኑ ሁኔታዉን ገልጾ ለማረጋጋት የሞከሩትን ግለሰቦች እድሉን ከመስጠት ይልቅ ለድበዳባ እንደተጋበዙ ተደርገዉ ሲወነጀሉ ተሰምቷል። በማሳረጊያዉም ወቅት አሜን ከመባሉ በፊት የተጀመረዉ ስድብ ሳይረጋጋና የተለመደዉ የመሰናበቻ ቡራኬ ሳይደረግ በቁጣ ወደ መቅደሱ በመግባታቸዉ ምዕመናኑ ግራ በተጋባና በሀዘን ስሜት ከጠረጴዛቸዉ የተደረደረዉን ጸበል እየተቃመሱ እንዲበተን ሆኗል። በእጃችን የሚገኘዉን ንበረትና ገንዘብ ህጋዊ ባልሆነ መነግድ ለመዉሰድ እየተደረገ ያለዉን ሙከራ ለማቆምና ይሕንኑ ንብረትና ገንዘብ ሕጋዊ በሆነ መልኩ ባለቤት ለሆነዉ የቤተ ክርስቲያን ምዕመናን ለመረካከብ ሲባል ጉዳዩን ወደ ሕግ ፊት እንድንወሰድ ተገደናል። 2 በዚህች በተቀደሰች ቦታ እንዲሁም ነፃነት በሰፈነባትና ከአንገታችን ቀና ብለን በምንራመድበትና በምንተነፍስበት አሜሪካ አገር፤ ያን መሰል ነፃነት የሌለበት፣ ሕግን ያልተከተለ አሳዛኝ ሁኔታ ማስተዋሉ የሚያስገርም ነበር። አስተዳዳሪዉ በኢትዮጵያና በአሜሪካ ባሉ ምዕመናን ያለዉን ልዩነትና አንድነት፣ የኑሮዉ ዉጣ ዉረድ ፣ መብትና ግዴታ በቅጡ ሰለመገንዘባቸዉም ጥያቄ ዉስጥ ያገባን ጉዳይ ነበር። በተከታታዩ ሳምንታት ይህንን ችግር መላዉ ምዕመናን በተገኙበት ለመፍታት ጥረት ቢደረግም፣ በግልጽ የተስተዋለዉ ጉዳይ ግን ቤተክርስቲያኑን በጥቂቶች ቁጥጥር ስር ለማዋል የተያዘዉን እንቅስቃሴ ነበር። ምዕመናኑ በልተገናዘበዉና በልተወከለበት ሁኔታ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ሀብትና ንብረት በአጠቃላይ ህልዉናዉ በአስተዳዳሪዉ እጅ ብቻ እንዲዉልና፣ ደረጃ በደረጃም ከአባላቱ ዉጭ በሆነ አካል እንዲዛወር እርምጃዉ ተይዟል። መስራች አባለቱ እንደምናስታዉሰዉ፤ ቤተ ክርስቲአኑ ሲቋቋም በአሁኑ አስተዳዳሪ አንደበት የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን አቋሙ ገለልተኛና የማንንም ስም ሳይጠራ የቅዳሴዉ ሥነ ሥርዓት እንደሚያካሔድ ነበር። የደበሩን ታቦት ባርኮ ለማስጋበት ጳጳስ ስለሚያስፈልግ በእለቱ ሥነ ሥርዓት በሚከተሉተ ሲኖዶስ መሰረት የጳጳስ ስም ቢጠቀስ ግራ እንዳየጋባ ምእመናን ሁሉ ማሳሰቢያ ተሰጥቷቸዉ ነበር። ከጥቂት ወራት ወዲህ ለምዕመናኑና ለሰበካ ጉባኤዉ አባላት ግልጽ ባልሆነ ሁኔታ በቀዳሴዉ ሥነ ሥርዓት መሀል የጳጳስ ስም እየተጠቀሰ ሲቀደስ እያዳመጥን ነዉ። አንዳንድ አባላት የቃላቸዉን ማፍረስ መንስዔዉን ጠይቀዋቸዉ መልሳቸዉ “ምዕመናኑ እኛ እነደምንመራቸዉ ነዉ” ብለዋል። አቅጣጫዉ ያሳሰባቸዉና ቤተክርስቲያኑ ከምዕመናኑ እጅ ዉጭ እየተንቀሳቀሰ መሆኑን የተገነዘቡ አባላት ለቀዉ እንዲሄዱም ምክንያት ሆኗል። በርካታዎቻችን ጉዳዩን በዉይይት መፍታት ይቻላል በማለት ሁኔታዎችን እየተጠባበቅን ነበር። ይሁን እንጂ የቀጠለዉ ሁኔታ ችግሩን የሚያሰፋ እንጂ የሚያጠብ ሆኖ አልተገኘም። ቀደም ሲል ለምዕመናኑ በታደለዉ ሪፖርት እንደተጠቆመዉ በዘተፈቀደ አለምንም ኦዲተር በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም እየወጣ ያለዉ ገንዘብ ከገቢዉ ጋር ጨርሶ ሊመጣጠን አልቻለምና መፍትሔ በአስቸኳይ እንሻለት ነበር። ይህ አካሄድ ያሳሰባቸዉ አንዳንድ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትና ምዕመናን አንድ መፍትሄ እስኪደረስ ድረስ ቢያንስ የአባላቱ ዋና አላማ ለሆነዉ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ህንጻ ማሰሪያ የማይንቀሳቀስ ገንዘብ በባንክ መክፈት አስፈላጊ መሆኑን በመጎትጎት የህንፃ ኮሚቴ እንዲመሰረት ተደርገ። ይኸዉ ኮሜቴ በሁለት አመት ዉስጥ እቁብ በማሰባሰብ $10,000.00 ብር፣ መኪና ሎተሪ በመጣል $12,000.00 ብር፣ እንዲሁም የተቀረዉን ከምዕመናን በማሰባሰብ በጠቅላላዉ $42,000.00 ብር ገቢ ሊደረግ በቅቷል። ገንዘቡ በምን መልክ እንደሚቀመጥ በተደረገዉ ዉይይት፣ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ “እኔ አስተዳደር አልቻልኩም እናንተ አስተዳድሩት እኔ ሀይማኖቱን እየዛለሁ” በማለት በሰጡት ቃል መሰረት ሰበካ ጉባኤዉ ከሕንፃ ከሚቴ ጋር ተባብሮ በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም የባንክ አካዉንት ከፍቶ ገንዘቡ እንዲቀመጥ አድርጓል። ይህ እርምጃ ከቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ምረቃና ምስጋና ሊያሰጠዉ ሲገባ ተቃራኒዉ ተከስቶ አብዛኛዉን የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት ግራ ሲአጋበዉ ሰንብቷል። ገንዘቡን ዋስትና ባለዉ ሁኔታ ለማስቀመጥ ባደረግነዉ በዚህ እንቅስቃሴ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ቃላቸዉን በመለወጥ “የኔም ስም የሕንፃ ኮሚቴ ባንክ ዉስጥ መግባት አለበት” በማለትና የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትን በማስጨንቀዉ ስማቸዉ እንዲታከል ተደርጓል። በዚህ ማህከል በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች መተማመን ባለመፈጠሩ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት ምክክር በማድረግ ከህንፃ ኮሚቴ አንድ፣ ከሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት አንድ ሰዉ መድቦ ገንዘቡን በሌላ አካዉንት በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም በማዛወር በመጀመሪያ በመኒ ማርኬት በኃላ በሲዲ እንዲታሰር ተደርጓል። ይሁን እንጂ ፣ እርምጃዉ ለሕንፃዉ ገንዘብ እረፍት ሊያሰጥ አልቻለም። 3 ቄስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን በመንፈሳዊ አባትነታቸዉ ለምዕመናን ትምህርት እየሰጡ አስተዳደሩን ለተመረጡ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላቶችና ለሌሎች ኮሚቴዎች መስጠት ለምን እንድአስጨነቃቸዉ ግራ ያጋበንን ጥያቄ በጉልህ እያስተዋልነዉ ነው። ከላይ እንደጠቆምነዉ ለሕንፃ ማሰሪያ የተቀመጠዉን ገንዘብ አስተዳዳሪዉ በጃቸዉ ለመቆጣጠር ወደባንክ በመሄድ “ እነኝህን አባላት አላቀቸዉም፣ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ገንዘብ ሊሰርቁ ነዉ” በማለት አለአግባብ ገንዘቡን ሊያንቀሳቀሱ ሲሞክሩ ተደርሶበት በህግና በጠበቃ ተይዞ ገንዘቡ ላልተወሰነ ግዜ እቀባ ተደርጎበት እንዲቆይ ሆኗል። በሌላ በኩል እንደሚታወሰዉ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት የመጨረሻ ሪፖርት ስናቀርብና ሂሳብ ስንዘጋ ቤተ ክርስቲያኑ የአለበትን የመጨረሻ ወጪዎች የቤት ኪራይና ያየር መንገድ ወጪ ክፍያ ቼክ ተጽፎ ነበር፣ ይሁን እንጂ በዚህም በኩል አስተዳዳሪዉ የአለምንም ኮሚቴ አባል ተሳትፎ ባንኩን ዘግተዉ በማዘወራቸዉ ቼኮች ባዉንስ ሊያደርጉ ችለዋል። ከሁሉም የሚያስገርመዉ ችግሩን በሽምግልና ለመፍታት ደፋ ቀና በማለት በለንበት ወቅት ይህ የባንክ ዉጣ ዉረድ የባሰ ህጋዊ መከራ ዉስጥ ከቶን የረሳችንን ጠበቃ ሊያሲዘን ችሏል። ከዚህ በፊት አሰተዳዳሪዉ ቄስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን ታቦቱ ፊት “የእኔ እጄ ገንዘብ ዉስጥ አይገባም ” ብለዉ ቢሉም፣ ይህ ሲፈርስ አይተናል። በመሰረቱ ይህ አሳዛኝ ድርጊት ሲሆን በዚህ በአሜሪካ ለምንገኝ ምዕመናን አዲስ አይደለም። ጥቂት የቤተ ክርስቲያናት በአስተዳደር ጉድለትና በገንዘብ መባከን ምክንያተ ሲፈርሱና ሲከፋፈሉ አይተናል። ይህ በእኛ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ይሆናል ብለን አልጠበቅንም ነበር። ዛሬ ቤተ ክርስቲያናችን መሰረታዊ ችግር ግልጽ ነዉ። ምዕመናኑ በነፃ መድረክ ተዋይቶበት ያፀደቀዉ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ አለመኖሩ ነዉ። በዉስጥ አሰረሩ የመከባበርና የመተማመን በኅል በተለይም ለአስተዳዳሪዉ ሁሉንም አላፊነት የመጣል ሁኔታ አለደንብና ስርዓት መቀጠሉ ነዉ። አስተዳዳሪወ በሚሰጡት መንፋሳዊ ትምህርት ያከበራቸዉ ምዕመናን ብዙ ሊጋፋቸዉ አልወደደም፤ ምክንያቱም መምህር በመሆናቸዉ ስህተትን ማረም ይችላሉ የሚል ዕምነት ስለነበረ፤ ከዓባላቱ መካክል አንዳንዶቹ ለአስተዳዳሪዉ የሰጡት ሙሉ እምነት ገደብ የለሽ ነበር ቢባል ማጋንን አይሆንም። የዉስጡ ችግር ይፋ በወጣበት እለት በአደባባይ በዘራፊነት፣ በግል ጥቅም አሳዳጂነት ከተዳረጉት ማሕከል ጥቂቶቹ አስተዳዳሪዊዉ ዛሬ የሚገለገሉበትን የግል ተሽከርካሪ መኪና ገዝቶ ከመስጠት ጀምሮ፣ በአሜሪካ የጀመሩትን አዲስ ኑሮ ለማቋቋም ከፍተና የገንዘብና የማቴሪያል እነዲሁም የህክምና ድጋፍ ያደረጉ በለዉለታዎች ናቸዉ። ለቤተ ክርስቲያኑ መቋቋምና ማደግም ያደረጉት የጉልበት፣ የገንዘብና የንብረት አስተዋጽኦ በቃላት የሚገለጽ አይደለም። የተቀረነዉም ለዚህ ቤተ ክርስቲያን መቆም ገደብ የለሽ የሞያና የገንዘብ የጉልበት አገልግሎት በመስጠት የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን ከዚህ እንዲደርስ ተደርጓል። በዚህ ያልተቆጠበ እንቅስቃሲያችን ሰዎች ነንና ስህተቶች ልናደርግ እንችላለን። ይህ ስህተት ግን ሆን ተብሎ፣ ሌላ አላማ በስተጀርባ ተይዞ የተደረገ አለመሆኑ ግልጽ ነዉ። የደከምንበትን ቤተ ክርስቲያን ዘረፋችሁ፣ ለግል ጥቅማችሁ አደረጋችሁ፣ ለተባልንበት ዉንጀላ ከገለገልነዉ ቅዱስ ገብርኤል በስተቀር ምስክር የለንም። ይህ ቃላችን እውነት ነዉ። አሁንም የደብሩ ምእመናን እዲገነዘቡልን የምንለምናቸዉ ጉዳዮች እነደሚከተሉት እናቀርባለን፦ 1. ለህንፃ ማሰሪያ እንዲሆን ተብሎ የተሰበሰበዉን $42,000.00 ቀድሞ ከነበረዉ አካዉንት የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አሰተዳዳሪ አለአግባብ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባል የልሆኑትን አቶ ቤካና አቶ ደረጀን ይዘዉ የኮሚቴ አባል እንደሆኑ በማድረግ ከነበረበት አካዉንት አዉጥተዉ ገንዘቡን በአዲስ አካዉንት ሲያስገቡ ይህ ጉዳይ አለአግባብ መደረጉን ባንከ ተረድቶ በባንኩ ጠበቃ ተይዞ በመጣራት ላይ ሲገኝ፤ ገንዘቡም በቀድሞዉ ገንዘብ ያዥ አማካይነት ፍሪዝ እንዲሆን ተደርጓል። 4 2. የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ መተዳዳሪያ አካዉንት $7876.01 ሲኖረዉ አስተዳዳሪዉ የህንንም አካዉንት ዘግተዉ ያለምንም ኮሚቴ አባል አዲስ አካዉንት ክፍተዉ አስገብተዋል። 3. ይህንን ችግር ለማቃለልና እራሳችንንም በሕግ ዘንድ ነፃ ለማዉጣት በመኪናው ሎተሪ እድለኛ የሆኑ ጥቁር አሜሪካዊ በህጋዊ መንገድ ለተረከቡት መኪና ታይትል ካሉበት ስቴት(ቴክሳስ) እንዲላክላቸው አስተዳዳሪውን በተደጋጋሚ ጠይቀው እስካዛሬ አዎንታዊ ምላሽ ባለማግኘታቸው ቤተክርስቲያኑን እንደከሰሱ አሳውቀውናል፤ይህ አሳዛኝ ተግባር ከኛ ከክርስቲያን ወገኖች የሚጠበቅ ባላመሆኑ አስተዳዳሪው አስቸኳይ እርማት እንዲያደርጉ እናሳስባለን። 1. የኦሀዮ እስቴት ኦዲተር መጥቶ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ወጪና ገቢ እንዲያጣራ 2. በግለሰብ ደረጃ ያለምንም ማስረጃ በአደባባይ ለደረሰብን ዉንጀላ ጉዳዩ በሕግ ጠበቃ እንዲታይ 3. በባንኩ ላይ ስለተፈጠረዉ አላአግባብ የገንዘብ ዝዉርዉር በባንኩና በራሳችን ጠበቆች ተይዞ እንዲጣራ እየተደረገ ነዉ። መድረክ አግኝተን ከምእመናኑ ጋር በሰላምና በመንሳዊ ፍቅር ለመወያየት እድሉን ለማግኘት ባለመቻላችን እጅግ እናዝናለን። ጉዳዩ ከማናቸዉም በላይ የመላዉ ምዕመናን በመሆኑ፣ መፍትሄ ተገኝቶ የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን ምዕመናን የሚገለገሉበትና የሚያገለግሉበት የተቀደሰ ቦታ እንደሚሆን ተስፋችን ነዉ። በንጹህ ልብ በአገለገልንበትንና በተገለገልንበትን ቤተ ክርስቲያን ስም የቱንም ያህል ብንሰደብም፣ ብንዋረድም፣ ብንዘለፍም፣ አለቅሬታ ለልባችን እርካታ፣ ለመንፈሳችን ኩራት በመስጠት እዉነቱን ለምዕመናኑና ከሁሉም በላይ ለቅዱስ ገብርኤል ትተናል። የደብረ ሰላም የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት ምክትል ሊቀመንበር፦ ዶር፡ እስክንድር ጌታቸዉ ሂሳብ ሹም ፦ አቶ፡ አንተነህ ከበደ ሒሳብ ተቆጣጣሪ፦ አቶ፡ በላቸዉ ክንዴ ረታ ገንዘብ ቤት፦ ወ/ሮ፡ ሂሩት መንገሻ በኮሎመበስ ኦሀዮ የደበረ ሰላም ቀዱስ ገብርኤል ምዕመናን በሙሉ በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ የተከሰተዉን ችግር ለመፍታት ጉዳዩ ያሳሰበን የተወሰኑ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትና ምዕመናን በፍቃድ ከተሰባሰቡና በሽመግልና ከሚረዱ የቤተክርስቲያኑ አዛዉንቶች ጋር በመሆን ተገቢዉን ጥረት በማድረግ ላይ እንገኛለን። እስካሁን ባለዉ እንቅስቃሴ በተለየዩ ግልጽነት በጎደላቸዉ ሁኔታዎቸ ሳቢያ ጥረቱ ወደፊት ከመራመድ ይልቅ ወደአልተጠበቀ ጎዳና በማምራት ላይ ነዉ። የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ቀሲስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን አባታዊ የሆነና ወቅታዊ መፍትሄ ለመስጠት ፍቃደኛ ሆነዉ አልተገኙም። በምእመናን ፊት ይቅር ለእግዚአብሔር ተባብሎ ሠላም ከማስፈን ይልቅ፣ ግላዊና ቡድናዊ ስሜት እንዲሰፍን እየተደረገ ነዉ። ችግሩ ከአቅም በላይ ሆኖ በመገኘቱ የተወሰንን የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት በግልና በጋራ በመሆን፤

በአደባባይ ከደረሰብንን መረጃ አልባ ከሆነ ዉንጀላና ዘለፋ ስማችንን ለማንጻት፣
ይህ እርምጃ ለኛም ሆነ ለጠቅላላዉ ምእመናን አሳዛኝ ስሜት እነደሚያሳድር ይታወቃል። ይሁን እንጂ ቀና መንፈሱ ካለ በጋራ ጉዳዩን ለማስተካከል እድሉ አሁንም በእጃችን ላይ ነዉ።እንደሚታወሰዉ ባለፈዉ ወር መጀመሪያ ላይ ሀይማኖታችንንና የመከባበር ባሕላችንን ባልተጠበቀ ሁኔታ የገብርኤል ታቦት ባረፈበት የተቀደሰ ቦታ ላይ ተቆሞ ከቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪና አንዳንድ አባላት ይሰነዘር የነበረዉ ዝቅ ያለ ቃላት፣ የለቱን ምዕመናን አንገት የአስደፋ የሐዘን ቀን ሆኗል። በእለቱ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ “አስቀድመዉ አላሰወቁኝም” ያሉትንና በተወሰኑ የሰበካና የህንፃ ኮሚቴ አባላት አማከይነት ለምዕመናን የታደለዉን የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ወጪና ገቢ፣ ችግርና መፍትሄ በከፊልም ቢሆን የጠቆመዉ ሪፖርት ለተቀደሰዉ ስፍራ መናጋት ምክንያት ሆኗል። በመሰረቱ ሪፖርቱ በዚያ ሁኔታ መታደል በራሱ የነበረዉን የዉስጥ አሰራር ችግር የሚያመለክትና የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎች እንዲነሱ የሚጋብዝ ነበር። ነባሮቹ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት የሚወርዱበትን ምክንያት በግልጽ አሳዉቆ ፣ በእጃቸዉ ሚገኘዉን ንብረትና ገንዘብ አወራርደዉ ላደረገት አፍራሽም ሆነ ገንቢ አስተዋጽኦ ወቀሳም ሆነ ምስጋና ከምእመናን ተሰጥቶ ወደሚቀጥለዉ እርምጃ መጓዝ የእለቱ አላማችን ነበር። ይህ ሊሆን አልቻለም። በተድበሰበሰና በአቋራጭ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን አስተዳደር በተለይም የፋይናንስ አቋሙን በቀጥታም ሆነ በተዘዋዋሪ በአስተዳዳሪዉ ሙሉ ቁጥጥር ስር ለማድረግ የተጀመረዉ እርምጃ በመተጓጎሉ መላዉ ምዕመናን እደሚያስታዉስቱ ከፍተኛ ቁጣ ሊያስነሳ በቀቷል። አስተዳዳሪዉ በሃይማኖት መሪነት እና የአባትነት ባህርይ፣ በትእግስት ሁኔታዉን በማስረዳትና ለቀረበዉ ሪፖርት መልስ በቃል ወይም በሌላ ቀጠሮ በተመሳሳይ ሪፖርት እንዲሰጥ በማድረግ ምዕመናኑን አረጋግቶ ቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ሳይናጋ የሚጓዙበትን ሁኔታ ሊፈጠሩ በተገባ ነበር። ከዚህ ይልቅ የተወሰኑ ሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትን በገንዘብ ዘራፊነት፣ በግል ጥቅም አሳዳጅነትና በግል ህይወት ጭምር ጣልቃ በመግባት ሲኮነኑ ተደምጧል። የድምፅ ማጉያዉን በመቀበል ለምዕመናኑ ሁኔታዉን ገልጾ ለማረጋጋት የሞከሩትን ግለሰቦች እድሉን ከመስጠት ይልቅ ለድበዳባ እንደተጋበዙ ተደርገዉ ሲወነጀሉ ተሰምቷል። በማሳረጊያዉም ወቅት አሜን ከመባሉ በፊት የተጀመረዉ ስድብ ሳይረጋጋና የተለመደዉ የመሰናበቻ ቡራኬ ሳይደረግ በቁጣ ወደ መቅደሱ በመግባታቸዉ ምዕመናኑ ግራ በተጋባና በሀዘን ስሜት ከጠረጴዛቸዉ የተደረደረዉን ጸበል እየተቃመሱ እንዲበተን ሆኗል።
በእጃችን የሚገኘዉን ንበረትና ገንዘብ ህጋዊ ባልሆነ መነግድ ለመዉሰድ እየተደረገ ያለዉን ሙከራ ለማቆምና ይሕንኑ ንብረትና ገንዘብ ሕጋዊ በሆነ መልኩ ባለቤት ለሆነዉ የቤተ ክርስቲያን ምዕመናን ለመረካከብ ሲባል ጉዳዩን ወደ ሕግ ፊት እንድንወሰድ ተገደናል።

በዚህች በተቀደሰች ቦታ እንዲሁም ነፃነት በሰፈነባትና ከአንገታችን ቀና ብለን በምንራመድበትና በምንተነፍስበት አሜሪካ አገር፤ ያን መሰል ነፃነት የሌለበት፣ ሕግን ያልተከተለ አሳዛኝ ሁኔታ ማስተዋሉ የሚያስገርም ነበር። አስተዳዳሪዉ በኢትዮጵያና በአሜሪካ ባሉ ምዕመናን ያለዉን ልዩነትና አንድነት፣ የኑሮዉ ዉጣ ዉረድ ፣ መብትና ግዴታ በቅጡ ሰለመገንዘባቸዉም ጥያቄ ዉስጥ ያገባን ጉዳይ ነበር። በተከታታዩ ሳምንታት ይህንን ችግር መላዉ ምዕመናን በተገኙበት ለመፍታት ጥረት ቢደረግም፣ በግልጽ የተስተዋለዉ ጉዳይ ግን ቤተክርስቲያኑን በጥቂቶች ቁጥጥር ስር ለማዋል የተያዘዉን እንቅስቃሴ ነበር። ምዕመናኑ በልተገናዘበዉና በልተወከለበት ሁኔታ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ሀብትና ንብረት በአጠቃላይ ህልዉናዉ በአስተዳዳሪዉ እጅ ብቻ እንዲዉልና፣ ደረጃ በደረጃም ከአባላቱ ዉጭ በሆነ አካል እንዲዛወር እርምጃዉ ተይዟል። መስራች አባለቱ እንደምናስታዉሰዉ፤ ቤተ ክርስቲአኑ ሲቋቋም በአሁኑ አስተዳዳሪ አንደበት የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን አቋሙ ገለልተኛና የማንንም ስም ሳይጠራ የቅዳሴዉ ሥነ ሥርዓት እንደሚያካሔድ ነበር። የደበሩን ታቦት ባርኮ ለማስጋበት ጳጳስ ስለሚያስፈልግ በእለቱ ሥነ ሥርዓት በሚከተሉተ ሲኖዶስ መሰረት የጳጳስ ስም ቢጠቀስ ግራ እንዳየጋባ ምእመናን ሁሉ ማሳሰቢያ ተሰጥቷቸዉ ነበር። ከጥቂት ወራት ወዲህ ለምዕመናኑና ለሰበካ ጉባኤዉ አባላት ግልጽ ባልሆነ ሁኔታ በቀዳሴዉ ሥነ ሥርዓት መሀል የጳጳስ ስም እየተጠቀሰ ሲቀደስ እያዳመጥን ነዉ። አንዳንድ አባላት የቃላቸዉን ማፍረስ መንስዔዉን ጠይቀዋቸዉ መልሳቸዉ “ምዕመናኑ እኛ እነደምንመራቸዉ ነዉ” ብለዋል። አቅጣጫዉ ያሳሰባቸዉና ቤተክርስቲያኑ ከምዕመናኑ እጅ ዉጭ እየተንቀሳቀሰ መሆኑን የተገነዘቡ አባላት ለቀዉ እንዲሄዱም ምክንያት ሆኗል። በርካታዎቻችን ጉዳዩን በዉይይት መፍታት ይቻላል በማለት ሁኔታዎችን እየተጠባበቅን ነበር። ይሁን እንጂ የቀጠለዉ ሁኔታ ችግሩን የሚያሰፋ እንጂ የሚያጠብ ሆኖ አልተገኘም። ቀደም ሲል ለምዕመናኑ በታደለዉ ሪፖርት እንደተጠቆመዉ በዘተፈቀደ አለምንም ኦዲተር በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም እየወጣ ያለዉ ገንዘብ ከገቢዉ ጋር ጨርሶ ሊመጣጠን አልቻለምና መፍትሔ በአስቸኳይ እንሻለት ነበር። ይህ አካሄድ ያሳሰባቸዉ አንዳንድ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትና ምዕመናን አንድ መፍትሄ እስኪደረስ ድረስ ቢያንስ የአባላቱ ዋና አላማ ለሆነዉ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ህንጻ ማሰሪያ የማይንቀሳቀስ ገንዘብ በባንክ መክፈት አስፈላጊ መሆኑን በመጎትጎት የህንፃ ኮሚቴ እንዲመሰረት ተደርገ። ይኸዉ ኮሜቴ በሁለት አመት ዉስጥ እቁብ በማሰባሰብ $10,000.00 ብር፣ መኪና ሎተሪ በመጣል $12,000.00 ብር፣ እንዲሁም የተቀረዉን ከምዕመናን በማሰባሰብ በጠቅላላዉ $42,000.00 ብር ገቢ ሊደረግ በቅቷል። ገንዘቡ በምን መልክ እንደሚቀመጥ በተደረገዉ ዉይይት፣ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ “እኔ አስተዳደር አልቻልኩም እናንተ አስተዳድሩት እኔ ሀይማኖቱን እየዛለሁ” በማለት በሰጡት ቃል መሰረት ሰበካ ጉባኤዉ ከሕንፃ ከሚቴ ጋር ተባብሮ በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም የባንክ አካዉንት ከፍቶ ገንዘቡ እንዲቀመጥ አድርጓል። ይህ እርምጃ ከቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ምረቃና ምስጋና ሊያሰጠዉ ሲገባ ተቃራኒዉ ተከስቶ አብዛኛዉን የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት ግራ ሲአጋበዉ ሰንብቷል። ገንዘቡን ዋስትና ባለዉ ሁኔታ ለማስቀመጥ ባደረግነዉ በዚህ እንቅስቃሴ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አስተዳዳሪ ቃላቸዉን በመለወጥ “የኔም ስም የሕንፃ ኮሚቴ ባንክ ዉስጥ መግባት አለበት” በማለትና የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላትን በማስጨንቀዉ ስማቸዉ እንዲታከል ተደርጓል። በዚህ ማህከል በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች መተማመን ባለመፈጠሩ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት ምክክር በማድረግ ከህንፃ ኮሚቴ አንድ፣ ከሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት አንድ ሰዉ መድቦ ገንዘቡን በሌላ አካዉንት በቤተ ክርስቲያኑ ስም በማዛወር በመጀመሪያ በመኒ ማርኬት በኃላ በሲዲ እንዲታሰር ተደርጓል። ይሁን እንጂ ፣ እርምጃዉ ለሕንፃዉ ገንዘብ እረፍት ሊያሰጥ አልቻለም።

ቄስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን በመንፈሳዊ አባትነታቸዉ ለምዕመናን ትምህርት እየሰጡ አስተዳደሩን ለተመረጡ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላቶችና ለሌሎች ኮሚቴዎች መስጠት ለምን እንድአስጨነቃቸዉ ግራ ያጋበንን ጥያቄ በጉልህ እያስተዋልነዉ ነው። ከላይ እንደጠቆምነዉ ለሕንፃ ማሰሪያ የተቀመጠዉን ገንዘብ አስተዳዳሪዉ በጃቸዉ ለመቆጣጠር ወደባንክ በመሄድ “ እነኝህን አባላት አላቀቸዉም፣ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ገንዘብ ሊሰርቁ ነዉ” በማለት አለአግባብ ገንዘቡን ሊያንቀሳቀሱ ሲሞክሩ ተደርሶበት በህግና በጠበቃ ተይዞ ገንዘቡ ላልተወሰነ ግዜ እቀባ ተደርጎበት እንዲቆይ ሆኗል። በሌላ በኩል እንደሚታወሰዉ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባላት የመጨረሻ ሪፖርት ስናቀርብና ሂሳብ ስንዘጋ ቤተ ክርስቲያኑ የአለበትን የመጨረሻ ወጪዎች የቤት ኪራይና ያየር መንገድ ወጪ ክፍያ ቼክ ተጽፎ ነበር፣ ይሁን እንጂ በዚህም በኩል አስተዳዳሪዉ የአለምንም ኮሚቴ አባል ተሳትፎ ባንኩን ዘግተዉ በማዘወራቸዉ ቼኮች ባዉንስ ሊያደርጉ ችለዋል። ከሁሉም የሚያስገርመዉ ችግሩን በሽምግልና ለመፍታት ደፋ ቀና በማለት በለንበት ወቅት ይህ የባንክ ዉጣ ዉረድ የባሰ ህጋዊ መከራ ዉስጥ ከቶን የረሳችንን ጠበቃ ሊያሲዘን ችሏል። ከዚህ በፊት አሰተዳዳሪዉ ቄስ ያሬድ ገ/መድኅን ታቦቱ ፊት “የእኔ እጄ ገንዘብ ዉስጥ አይገባም ” ብለዉ ቢሉም፣ ይህ ሲፈርስ አይተናል። በመሰረቱ ይህ አሳዛኝ ድርጊት ሲሆን በዚህ በአሜሪካ ለምንገኝ ምዕመናን አዲስ አይደለም። ጥቂት የቤተ ክርስቲያናት በአስተዳደር ጉድለትና በገንዘብ መባከን ምክንያተ ሲፈርሱና ሲከፋፈሉ አይተናል። ይህ በእኛ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ይሆናል ብለን አልጠበቅንም ነበር። ዛሬ ቤተ ክርስቲያናችን መሰረታዊ ችግር ግልጽ ነዉ። ምዕመናኑ በነፃ መድረክ ተዋይቶበት ያፀደቀዉ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ አለመኖሩ ነዉ። በዉስጥ አሰረሩ የመከባበርና የመተማመን በኅል በተለይም ለአስተዳዳሪዉ ሁሉንም አላፊነት የመጣል ሁኔታ አለደንብና ስርዓት መቀጠሉ ነዉ። አስተዳዳሪወ በሚሰጡት መንፋሳዊ ትምህርት ያከበራቸዉ ምዕመናን ብዙ ሊጋፋቸዉ አልወደደም፤ ምክንያቱም መምህር በመሆናቸዉ ስህተትን ማረም ይችላሉ የሚል ዕምነት ስለነበረ፤ ከዓባላቱ መካክል አንዳንዶቹ ለአስተዳዳሪዉ የሰጡት ሙሉ እምነት ገደብ የለሽ ነበር ቢባል ማጋንን አይሆንም። የዉስጡ ችግር ይፋ በወጣበት እለት በአደባባይ በዘራፊነት፣ በግል ጥቅም አሳዳጂነት ከተዳረጉት ማሕከል ጥቂቶቹ አስተዳዳሪዊዉ ዛሬ የሚገለገሉበትን የግል ተሽከርካሪ መኪና ገዝቶ ከመስጠት ጀምሮ፣ በአሜሪካ የጀመሩትን አዲስ ኑሮ ለማቋቋም ከፍተና የገንዘብና የማቴሪያል እነዲሁም የህክምና ድጋፍ ያደረጉ በለዉለታዎች ናቸዉ። ለቤተ ክርስቲያኑ መቋቋምና ማደግም ያደረጉት የጉልበት፣ የገንዘብና የንብረት አስተዋጽኦ በቃላት የሚገለጽ አይደለም። የተቀረነዉም ለዚህ ቤተ ክርስቲያን መቆም ገደብ የለሽ የሞያና የገንዘብ የጉልበት አገልግሎት በመስጠት የቅዱስ ገብርኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን ከዚህ እንዲደርስ ተደርጓል። በዚህ ያልተቆጠበ እንቅስቃሲያችን ሰዎች ነንና ስህተቶች ልናደርግ እንችላለን። ይህ ስህተት ግን ሆን ተብሎ፣ ሌላ አላማ በስተጀርባ ተይዞ የተደረገ አለመሆኑ ግልጽ ነዉ። የደከምንበትን ቤተ ክርስቲያን ዘረፋችሁ፣ ለግል ጥቅማችሁ አደረጋችሁ፣ ለተባልንበት ዉንጀላ ከገለገልነዉ ቅዱስ ገብርኤል በስተቀር ምስክር የለንም። ይህ ቃላችን እውነት ነዉ። አሁንም የደብሩ ምእመናን እዲገነዘቡልን የምንለምናቸዉ ጉዳዮች እነደሚከተሉት እናቀርባለን፦
1. ለህንፃ ማሰሪያ እንዲሆን ተብሎ የተሰበሰበዉን $42,000.00 ቀድሞ ከነበረዉ አካዉንት የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ አሰተዳዳሪ አለአግባብ የሰበካ ጉባኤ አባል የልሆኑትን አቶ ቤካና አቶ ደረጀን ይዘዉ የኮሚቴ አባል እንደሆኑ በማድረግ ከነበረበት አካዉንት አዉጥተዉ ገንዘቡን በአዲስ አካዉንት ሲያስገቡ ይህ ጉዳይ አለአግባብ መደረጉን ባንከ ተረድቶ በባንኩ ጠበቃ ተይዞ በመጣራት ላይ ሲገኝ፤ ገንዘቡም በቀድሞዉ ገንዘብ ያዥ አማካይነት ፍሪዝ እንዲሆን ተደርጓል።

2. የቤተ ክርስቲያኑ መተዳዳሪያ አካዉንት $7876.01 ሲኖረዉ አስተዳዳሪዉ የህንንም አካዉንት ዘግተዉ ያለምንም ኮሚቴ አባል አዲስ አካዉንት ክፍተዉ አስገብተዋል።

በመኪናው ሎተሪ እድለኛ የሆኑ ጥቁር አሜሪካዊ በህጋዊ መንገድ ለተረከቡት መኪና ታይትል ካሉበት ስቴት(ቴክሳስ) እንዲላክላቸው አስተዳዳሪውን በተደጋጋሚ ጠይቀው እስካዛሬ አዎንታዊ ምላሽ ባለማግኘታቸው ቤተክርስቲያኑን እንደከሰሱ አሳውቀውናል፤ይህ አሳዛኝ ተግባር ከኛ ከክርስቲያን ወገኖች የሚጠበቅ ባላመሆኑ አስተዳዳሪው አስቸኳይ እርማት እንዲያደርጉ እናሳስባለን።
1. የኦሀዮ እስቴት ኦዲተር መጥቶ የቤተ ክርስቲያኑን ወጪና ገቢ እንዲያጣራ
2. በግለሰብ ደረጃ ያለምንም ማስረጃ በአደባባይ ለደረሰብን ዉንጀላ ጉዳዩ በሕግ ጠበቃ እንዲታይ
3. በባንኩ ላይ ስለተፈጠረዉ አላአግባብ የገንዘብ ዝዉርዉር በባንኩና በራሳችን ጠበቆች ተይዞ እንዲጣራ እየተደረገ ነዉ።

We were outright insulted by their attack dogs who were led by two of the ugliest women in the whole Church which we will name in the future for everyone to know incase they flee to your Churches. If any of you out there have heard the interview conducted in 2006 by Negat Radio with representatives of the Las Vegas St. Michael Orthodox Church, the Rochester's St. Mary and the Buffalo Church, what happened to them is happening to this Church now. There are several reasons for something terrible as this to happen to other churches 2 years after 3 Churches purged this blood suckers out. Please understand my frustration, I left the Church simply because I did not want to confront someone or hit someone and go to jail when they bluntly call me ugly names such as menafiq, ahzab, emnet yelelat, etc. At the time a few of us reported to the Board which was fruitless because more than half of the Board were Mahibere Kidusan. 1. Those of us that have been bitten once and managed to purge this people out, we need to put complete information out about these people to every Orthodox Church including theirs so that they know we know that their tricks don't work anymore.
