The report is an impeachment of the Meles regime as illegitimate that has no mandate to govern. Members of the mission were denied visa by Meles to enter Ethiopia this week where they had planned to present report. Read the report below:

The European Union Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) was present in Ethiopia from 14 April to 21 June 2010, following invitations from the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE). Elias….. You are always first to a news relevant to the people. You are a true informer. I’ll read the report but I guess there will be damage limitation exercise to save their friends face. I bet it won’t be as strong as their criticm or report on Zimbabwe’s or Myanmar’s elections, despite the fact that weyane’s farcical theft of the election, intimidation & violence on the electorates wS worse than the other two countries put together. I can’t wait to read the whole report.

Shame on the group who spend time and resource to produce this report. It’s all none sense. It may be financed by EPRDF-who knows. Melese is spending the last penny of poor Ethiopians to stay in power.
