The very important missions of the ICRC , World vission , Medicines sans frontiers France , as well as Belgiume ,and others those who had made significant efforts to change this hard time which had shade death on the lifes of children , women and men of Ethiopians in Tigray , Wello and Eritrea. Today the dictatorial regime of Meles is treatening the works of this important NGO`s and wish to control their finance. Dictators they wish to reach every sphere , but I don`t think that their capacity ( knowledge , and manpower will never allow them to do all this work at the same time. If the Tigrayans have enough and adequate man power to reach every sphere they want to controlle each activities but it is impossible to them to make it. I wish to ask this peaple to try to leave their madness which arises from power and come to normal thinking and be with their peaple and to cooperate with NGO`s to finish the hard life of the peaple .
