Thanks for a good article! This article as well as a headline at Ethiomedia website say Tirunesh broke a world record. Please note that she did not break a world record. Her time was the second fastest ever. Hopefully, there will be two more gold medals & a couple of other silver & bronze medals will follow in the 5,000m (both), the 1,500m (women) & the marathon (men).

i am glad you the writer pointed out that working together could result in victory. our athletes truly represented us and they allow us to say we are the heroes of long distance running. the most important point of all is the need to unity among the oppositions parties in our country. Don’t worry Meles Seytanawi will be resigning soon as well since the Bush administration will end its duty soon,while meles is going to leave the HODAM TPLF TIGRIAN members and supporters, and other ethnic groups criminal groups that has been involving in the variety of crimes along with main orchestrator of Weyane officials. I wonder where all these mouthpiece HODAM cadres of weyane will end up when the doom’s day comes which will be soon before the next London Olympics. According to close news Meles Seytanawi has planned to stay either in china or Sudan where his best friend but apparently opponent Mengistu resides in zembabwe as well. But Meles Seytanwi have a plan to send his kids to the US to restore their safety, regardless there is no way now days decators will hide from justice. The Ethiopian people will bring Meles and Mengistu together to justice along with many thousands of Weyane criminal group members.
