The Ethiopian National Transitional Council (ENTC) sent an open letter to the newly sworn in prime minister of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn, expressing hope that he will work to unite Ethiopians and help bring freedom, justice and development to the country. The letter also suggests a set of actions that the prime minister must take right away in order to set the country on the path of reconciliation, peace and unity.
