Somali members of parliament stranded in Kenya

November 7th, 2008 |  |  2 Comments

ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA – More than 200 Somalian parliamentarians have found themselves stranded in Nairobi, lacking the money to pay for air tickets for their return home, BBC reported Friday.

Citing a spokesman for the parliamentarians, who had attended an international conference in the Kenyan capital, BBC said that the UN Development Program (UNDP) on Thursday did pay the fares of 27 stranded delegates for a flight back to Mogadishu.

But the UNDP denied this.

The Somalian parliamentarians had taken part in a meeting with representatives from other countries in the region to review the work of the transition government in Mogadishu. The Somalians were of the view that the meeting organisers were responsible for their travel expenses, said deputy Abdul Rashid Mohammed Iro.

‘If someone invites you, he has to cover your expenses and your transport. That’s why we are expecting IGAD (Intergovernmental Authority on Development in Eastern Africa) to cover our expenses and transport.

‘We are trying to solve our own problems. Sometimes we get paid a salary on monthly basis but the last three months we didn’t get any pay,’ he added.

If I had my way, I would never pay a cent to these Somali traitors who apparently do not have a clue on what they were getting into and who have betrayed the Somali nation and under the service of the US! Go to hell you bustards and if Meles Chenawi (gmatan) ever use IGAD to pay for their trip back, he better know that he will be held accountable when time for reckoning comes and it is coming soon!

What a shame, these stooges are an embarassment to the proud people of Somalia, these turn coats should be brought to justice in the future free Somalia for selling out their countrymen and women and got them slaughtered by Woyanne mercenaries. A beggar is always a beggar and these sellout showed their true color when their first complaint is about not getting paid for destroying their country.

The western intelligence agencies have been paying these traitors in Nairobi, we all know Nairobi is the headquarters of US and British intelligence agencies. Now that things have unravlled for them in Somalia they are at it doing their treason in Kenya where they started. Somalia will be free soon and the neo-colonialists and their stooges can’t do anything about it. Kenya will not be a safe heaven for traitors soon. The tribal conflicts will surface soon and Kenya will be the next ethnic hell hole of Africa. All those “democratically elected” tribal chauvinsts of Kenya will reap what they sowed for decades and their masters will be nowhere to save them from the wrath of the Kenyan people.
