So, he is alive and well in the Foreign Ministry! That is good to know. I thought he was demoted and had been moved to a corner Office somewhere in Wouchi Guday. I think, this is a piece intentionally published by the controlled press to show that he and Castro are still alive, though it's well known that their roles in their respective governments have diminished severely.
