In short, what i was trying to tell you was that you don’t have the moral high ground to criticise this young , intelligent, competent and courageous daughter of ethiopia from the comfort of your living room.

As for her leadership skill, everybody knows she was appointed previously by the former Kinijit officials and now elected by members of her party officials bacause they belived in her leadership.

Moreover her leadership qualities should not be questioned by people who are not even good enough to run a corner shop.

You shouldn’t compare me or anyone in diaspora with Birtukan. As a leader, you have a responsibility. She is glorified as a leader and that glorification is not for nothing. The ethiopian people expect something from a leader. That is to listen to them. The people spoke saying this is the 8 points we demand and with out those being fullfilled, there shall no peace with the TPLF. Then she discarded the people’s demand and begged to join election and parliament without any pre-condition. she said TPLF is not enemy. She stopped condemning the rulling party etc…etc. in doing so, she failed to deliver what is expected from a leader. That showes she is not qualified and all the glory she recieved she didn’t deserve it at all.

Now, the regime knows how weak her constituents and her supporters are and arrested her. There is no uproar and business as usual. Only die hard and slow thinkers like you get entrapped by this and your cry won’t last more than a day. for me, i won’t lament for her jail life. she is useless after all. she was in a mission to teach ethiopian people to be lazy and get humiliated to the level of slavery in a modern day mantra called “peaceful struggle”. One advocate of modern slavery is taken away and i am happy for it.

A courageous woman like bertukan does not need support from the likes of you.she will get all the support she needs from the real people who are suffering with her in the country.

She could have stayed out of the country and live a life of a refugee like yourself but instead opted to stay in the country,look the enemy in the eye and walked the walk.she will pay all the sacrifies for a better ethiopia and all freedom loving ethiopians have recognised that.IT IS ONLY PEOPLE LIKE BERTUKAN , WITH COMITMENT AND COURAGE,THAT CAN

ቦርዱ ለፕሬዘዳንቱ ዉሳኔዉን ያስተላለፈ ሲሆን ፕሬዘዳንቱ ዉሳኔዉን ካጸደቁት ወ /ት ብርቱካን በፖሊስ ቁጥጥር ስር ዉለዉ ወደ ቃሊቲ እሥር ቤት ሊላኩ እንደሚችሉ ለማወቅ ተችሏል።

ወ /ት ብርቱካ ትላንት አገር ዉስጥ ባሉ ጋዜጦች በሰፊዉ እንደተዘገበዉ ከቃሊቲ እሥር የወጡበትን ሁኔታ በሰፊና በዝርዝር የሚያብራራ መግለጫ መስጠታቸዉ ይታወሳል።

ምንጮቻችን እንደገለጹት አንዳንድ የኢሕአዴግ አባላትም ሳይቀሩ «ለምን ወደ ኋላ ተመልሰን ቀዉስ እንደምንፈጠር አይገባንም» በማለት በፌደራል ፖሊስ እየተደረገ ያለዉን በጣም እየነቀፉ ነዉ።

በተያያዘ ዜና በአሜሪካን በካናዳና እንዲሁም በአዉሮፓ የሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያዉያንና የአንድነት ፓርቲ ደጋፊዎች በወ /ት ብርቱካን ላይ እየተፈጸመ ያለዉን ወከባ በማዉገዝ ትልቅ ንቅናቄ ሊጀምሩ እንደሆነም የአመራር አባላቱ ያሳወቁን ሲሆን የሰሜን አመሪካ የአንድነት ድጋፍ ማህበር ባወጣዉ መግለጫ የአገር ሽማግሌዎችና ቀድሞ ከወ /ት ብርቱካን ሚደቅሳ ጋር በቃሊቲ የታሰሩ የቀድሞ ቅንጅት አመራር አባላት ከዝምታ ወጥተዉ እዉነቱን በመናገር ከወ /ት ብርቱካን ሚደቅሳና ከእዉነት ጎን በይፋ እንዲሰለፉ ጠይቋል።
