I appreciate the peace proposal offered by dictator Meles atleast the peoples of Ethiopia & Eritrea are desperately in need of it. But my worry is that Pres. Isaias will not accept it at all. We hate war. We are looking for a cooperation between the two countries as before & let’s not see dictators like Meles & Isaias.

Meles’ call for peace with Isais is for strategy purpose.
Both of them know that they do not have their countries people support to stay on power for a long time. Inorder to
stay on power they have to help each other. They want to do
this by making an agreement not to host each others poletical opponents. Beside this if one of them fail to stay
on power the other one will be a safe haven to hide at.

The People of Ethiopia and Eritrea would be pleased to see peace in their country , at list the majority of them . However Meles’ peace proposal with Eritrea is just to save himself from total defeat by Ethiopian rebels. As Eritrean made it NO secrete on helping the Ethiopian Freedom Fighters to overthrow Meles, that scars the hall out him. Meles’ support to the Eritrean oppositions did not work , At list it did not go as Meles anticipated . Now if Mr. Meles is wise enough it is very important to negotiate and acknowledge the Ethiopian popular uprising. Dick Meles, I meat to say Dictator Meles should ask for forgiveness and reconciliation with the Ethiopian people, and make peace with his neighbors.

Exactly two years ago, when dictator Meles under order from Jendayi Frazer invaded Somalia, Prophet Isaiah Afewerki told Reuters the TPLF regime won’t be able to win the war in Somalia, and it will be defeated in less than two years.
