ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA – The fake patriarch of Ethiopia’s Orthodox Tewahdo Church, Ato GebreMedhin (formerly Aba Paulos), for the first time since he was appointed by Meles Zenawi as the puppet head of the Church, spoke out against the Woyanne dictatorship through his synod.
The legitimate patriarch of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church, Abune Merkorios, is currently in exile.
Aba GebreMedhin’s synod on Saturday denounced Woyanne minister of Federal Affairs, Ato Abay Tsehay, who is also a member of the Woyanne politburo, for falsely accusing the Ethiopian Orthodox Church of promoting religious extremism.

ሲኖዶስ ከትናንት በስቲያ ባወጣው መግለጫ የህገ ወጦች እንቅስቃሴ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየሰፋና እየከፋ መጥቶ የባሰ አደጋ ከማስከተሉ በፊት አስቸኳይ የመፍትሄ እርምጃ ይወሰድ ብላለች፡፡ በማያያዝም ከህገመንግስታዊ ድንጋጌና ከኃይማኖታዊ ስነምግባር ውጪ በመንቀሳቀስ አንዳንድ ጸረ ቤተክርስቲያን አክራሪዎች እየፈጸሙት ያለው ተንኮልና ደባ እንዲሁም በሀይማኖት ሽፋን እየተደረገ ያለው ህገወጥ እንቅስቃሴ እያደገ ሲሄድ ቤተክርስቲያኗን ብቻ ሳይሆን የአገሪቱንም ህልውና እስከመፈታተን ደረጃ ሊደርስ የሚችል ስጋት እንደተደቀነ የቤተክርስቲያኗ ሲኖዶስ ስጋቱን ገልጻል፡፡
በጉዳዩ ላይ ያነጋገርናቸው አስተያየት ሰጪዎች እንዳሉት የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ በረጅም ጊዜ ታሪኩ ጎሳ ሀይማኖት ሳይል ተቻችሎ የኖረውን ዛሬ ዘመን አመጣሽ ከፋፋዮች ጥላቻና ልዩነትን እየሰበኩ ወደ እልቂት እንዲያመራ እያደረጉት ነው ብለዋል፡፡

It’s so funny and at the same time sad, that it never occured to the Patriarch or the synod to denounce this government when it was slaughtering Ethiopians in broad day light. But now they are “denouncing” the government for some silly remark by a drunk woyane cadre.

This is another sad drama in the history of this church. Having sided with everyone that comes to power, it could not be expected to do anything different with the new “Patriarch or synod or mob of bums” or whatever.
It has been quiet comfortable when children of Ethiopia were being slaughtered by woyane (the official “Wushima” of the church under Paulos) in broad day light.
Now the whore is getting upset that her lover is saying something bad about her!!!
Cadre Paulos and that Synod of criminals, know well that like a prostitute, they can only open their legs for the highest bidder. And this they have been doing very well!!!!!

A human being with out a country is like a man living with sickness, no freedom,no right,no satisfaction, no dignity etc. Belief (Religion) is something useful for everybody accoding to his own choice. Without a native country it is not possible even to fulfill worships. And let us try to understand about religion, every religion teaches about love but not hate. Therefore all Ethiopians let us think/do whatever we do in a moderen way. We are living in a moderen world. Every country is belonged to human-beings but not to religions. You may heap all your dirty insults on individuals and their teams in the church leadership. But you should never speak bad about the Christian faith. Probably people like you are the ones that are fanning the bickering and the fratricidal conflict that has been hurting our church over the last more than 3 decades due to to your decadent, Marxist, atheist or certainly anti-Christ motives. We do not tolerate when the devil pops its head with a skin of a sheep amidst and among us. We know that there are bad shepherds among our church leaders. From Ethnic extremism to religious Extremism?
Woyane has messed up Ethiopia in what ever ways it can.
It’s their deliberate policy to devide and balkanize this ancient and historic country.Under Woyane we lost our Eritian brothers,sisters and our natural port,namely Assab.
Our unity has been weakened,division,hatred developed.
Under Woyane for the first time ethnic cleansing in the name of a lopsided Affirmativ Action was conducted.You name it all.
In a nutshell, Woyanne should graciously exit from power and leave the honourable place to an intrim governing body comprising democrats not ethnocentric individuals from all the societies in the land.
Without a democratic government it’s impossible to deter religious extremism.Ethiopia belongs to both Christians and Muslisms,though Islam is a late comer.
No religion or religious person should be allowed to impose its tenets by force.Any such attempt should be halted sooner than later by the forces of the government of the day.The government should protect all its citizens from such danger that comes from fanatics whetthe Christans of Muslims.

የወያኔ መሪ እንደመንግስቱ አይነት ሰብሰባ አይጠራም:: አንድ ሁለቴ ሹማምንቶቹን ልኮ ምን እንደደረሰባቸው ሰለሚያውቅ በአዳራሽ ውስጥ ተሰብሰቦ የሚጠበቀውን ስው ለማናገር ካልሆነ በስተቀር በሌላ ስብሰባ ድርሽ አይልም:: ይህም ቢሆን የጳጳሱንና የሼኩን ድጋፍ አላገኘም ማለት አይደለም:: ወሳኝ በነበረው የ97 ምርጫን ተከትሎ በተከሰተው የህዝብ መነሳሳት ወቅት የጳጳሱና የሼኩ ወያኔን መወገን በአደባባይ ወጥቷል:: በማያውቁት ጉዳይ የተቃዋሚውን ጎራ አወገዙ:: በኋላም የመነሳሳቱን ሁኔታ ለማጣራት በተቋቋመው ኮሚቴ ውስጥ ተቀምጠው ወያኔን አበጀህ አሉት:: ከዚያም በኋላ የሃይማኖት መሪዎች ሳይሆኑ የለየላቸው የወያኔ ደጋፊዎች ሆነው ቀጥለዋል:: ለዚህ ነው ለእነዚህ ሰዎች ያልኝን ክብር አንስቻለሁ ያልኩት::
ይሄው የሃይማኖት መሪዎች የመንግስት አቋም አራማጅነት በትሮቴስታንቶችም አካባቢ እየታየ ነው:: የዚህ ሃይማኖት ፍልስፍና – ዶክትሪን – ካነን – ስን ምግባር (ኤቲክ) ከኦርቶዶክሱም ከእስልምናውም በተሻለ ሁኔታ በአውሮፓና በሰሜን አሜርካ ካፒታሊዝምን ለመገንባት ዲሞክራሲን ለማስፋፋትና ሰብአዊ መብትን ለማስከበር ረድቷል:: በሃገራችንም የሃይማኖቱ በፍጥነት እያደገ መሄድ ተመሳሳይ ውጤት ያስከትላል የሚል ተስፋ በአንዳንዶቻችን ዘንድ ነበረ:: አሁን ግን በሚያሳዝን ሁኔታ የሌሎቹን ሃይማኖቶች ፈር እየተከተለ የመንግስት ጭቆና መሳሪያ ለመሆን ምንም አልቀረውም:: ደግነቱ ግን ከሰህተቱ ተምሮ ለመመለስ እየሞከረ ነው:: እንደሚሳካለት ተስፍ እናደርጋለን:: እንጸልያለንም::
የዚህ አስተያየት አላማ ከሃይማኖቶቹ መካከል መርጦ ይሄ ከዚያኛው ይሻላል ማለት አይደለም:: ዋናው ነገር ሀይማኖቶች ከፖላቲካ ነጻ አለመሆናቸውን መገንዘብና ሀይማኖቶቹ ያላቸውን በሚሊዪን የሚቆጠር ተከታይ እምነቱን ጠብቆ መብቱን በሰላማዊ መንገድ የሚያስከብርበትን መንገድ ማፈላለግ ነው:: ይህን ማድረግ በ እግዚአብሄርም በሰውም ቤት የተደገፈ ነው:: በሃገራችን የሃይማኖት መሪዎች ዘንድ መብት የማስከበር ፍላጎት አይታይም:: ለምን የሚለው ጥያቄ አጭር መልስ የለውም:: የሃይማኖቶቹን የዘመናት ታሪክ – የመሪዎችን ሰነ ልቦና – የህዝቡን ባህል ፍላጎትና የንቃት ደረጃ – የሃይማኖቶቹንና የተከታዩችን መስተጋብር – የሃገሪቱን የእድገት ደረጃ – የሃይማኖት ነጻነትን – የገዢውን ፓርቲ ባህሪ – ምናልባትም የሃገሪቱን ሁለመና መፈተሽ ይጠይቃል:: ለጊዜው ይሄን ለማድረግ አንችልም::
በብዙ ሃገሮች እንደታየው የሃይማኖት መሪዎች ከፈጣሪ ቃል ውጪ እንዲሁም ከተከታዪቻቸው ፍላጎትና ዘላቂ ጥቅም በተቃራኒ ሲቆሙ ቀውስ ይፈጠራል:: ሁኔታው ስልጣን ላይ ባለ መንግስት ሊፈጠር – ሊበረታታና ሊጠናከር ይችላል:: እንደዚህ አይነት ደካማ የሃይማኖት መሪዎች ባንሰራፉበት ሃገር የተከታዩች መንፈሳዊና ሌሎች ፍላጎቶች ሊሟሉ ስለማይችሉ ሌሎች የሃይማኖት መሪዎች ከተከታዩች መሃል ብቅ ብቅ ይላሉ:: እነዚህ መሪዎች ግን ባልጠበቁት ሁኔታ መንታ በትር ይወርድባቸዋል:: በመጀመሪያ ከሃይማኖት መሪዎች ተብዩዎቹ ቀጥሎም የጥቅም አስከባሪያቸው ከሆነው መንግስት:: በሃገራችን አሁን የሚታየው ሁኔታ ይሄንን የሚያንጸባርቅ ነው::
እስኪ ከላይ ከቀረበው ዜና አንድ ክፍል ወስደን እንይ::

ይሄ መቼም ድፍን ያለ ነገር ነው:: እዚህ አዲስ አበባና በአንዳንድ ከተሞች ከሆነው እንደምናየውና እንደምንሰማው በየሃይማኖቶቹ ውስጥ የሚነሱ አዳዲስ የእምነት መስመሮች – የሚቀርቡ ነጻና ለየት ያሉ አስተሳሰቦች – ከሃይማኖት ድርጅቶች ጋር የሚፎካከሩ የእድገትና የልማት ስራዎች – ፖለቲካ ቀመስ የመብትና ግዴታ ጥያቄዎች – ወዘተ – በጥርጣሬ የሚታዩ ተግባራት ናቸው:: እነዚህንና ሌሎች መሰል ተግባራትን የሚሞክሩ በሃይማኖት መሪዎች በደፈናው ” ህገ ወጥ” – “ተንኮል” – “ደባ” በመባል ይወገዛሉ:: የሚወጡት መግለጫዎች ከወያኔ መግለጫዎች እምብዛም አይለዩም:: እንቅስቃሴዎቹም ብዙ ሳይሄዱ ይኮላሻሉ::
የሃገራችን ፖለቲከኞች በአብዛኝው ግራ ቀመስ ስለሆኑ ባደባባይ ባይናገሩትም አሁንም ሃይማኖትን እንደ የህዝብ ትግል ማደንዘዣ ኦፒየም አድርገው ነው የሚያዩት:: ሃይማኖት ዙሪያ የሚፈጸሙ መጥፎ ተግባራትን ያወግዛሉ:: ነገር ግን የሃይማኖት ተቋሞችን ከግምት ውስጥ ያስገባ የትግል እቅድና ስልት የላቸውም:: በቀኝ የሚመደቡት ፖለቲከኞች ደግሞ እንደ ደርግ ጊዜ የሃይማኖት መሪዎች በወያኔ – ኢህአዴግ ሰብሰባዎች እየተገኙ “ይሁን – ይሁን” እንዲሉ ይፈልጋሉ:: እንግዲህ የሚቀርው ገና በለጋነት ላይ ያለው የመሃሉ ፖለቲከኛ ነው:: ይሄ ክፍል የጨቅላነት በሽታ ከተጠናወተው ከግራ ቀመሱ ጋር በትግል አላማና ግብ ጥያቄ ተፋጥጦ ይገኛል:: መሪነቱን ከግራው እስኪረከብ ወይም ለዘለቄታው እስኪለቅለት ድረስ ትኩረቱ እዚያ ላይ ነው:: ስለዚህ የሃትማኖቶችን ድርሻ በቅርቡ ይመረምራል የሚል ግምት የለም:: በዚህ ሁኔታ ከሞላ ጎደል የሃይማኖቶች ተጠቃሚ ወያኔ ብቻ ሆኖ ይቆያል::
ወያኔን የሚቃወሙ ድርጅቶች በሙሉ በሃይማኖቶችና ተከታዩቻቸው ላይ ያላቸውን አቋም በጽኑ መመርመር ያልባቸው ዛሬ ነው:: ግራው መቼም ስልጣን በሃይል መቀማት እፈልጋለሁ ስለሚል የሃይማኖቶች ቦታ አይታየውም:: ሌሎቹ ግን በተለይ የሰላማዊው ትግል አራማጆች እንደኛ ባለ አገር ያለሃይማኖቶችና ያለተከዪቻቸው ድጋፍና ተሳትፎ የትም እንደማይደርሱ ማውቅ ይገባቸዋል:: ኸወያኔ ጋር የሚደረገውም ትግል አንዱ ትልቅ ግንባር ይሄው ነው::
የለፉትን የተሳኩ ሰላማዊ ለውጦችና ሽግግሮች የመሩትና አሁንም የሚመሩት የሃይማኖት ሰዎች ናቸው:: ለዚህ ያለፈውን ክፍለ ዘመን ታላላቅ መሪዎች በተለይም ማሃትማ ጋንዲን – ማርቲን ሉተርን – ዴዝሞንድ ቱቱን – ዳይላ ላማን መጥቀስ ይበቃል::

No this time arround he knows that the other members of the synod are too wise to be fooled or bullied. They are prepared to stand their ground, because the accusation of the woyane/eprdf cadres is baseless and intolerable. The government is afraid of the international muslim fundamentalists and terrorists and is not bold enough to tell them in the face; that is why all this hullabalo. Where is the crime in stating the fact that Ethiopia is a christian island?. You will not found no where in our region wher there is original christianity.We are all surounded by Majority muslim countries. How immoral and dirty it is to post on the ER using someone’s name! Those poorly constructed statements are not my statements.
Why someone is using my name instead of his/her own name? He/she must be coward and sissy for not revealing their own names; if so, they should stop posting under the guise of someone’s name.
