Nile Cafe is a wonderful little Ethiopian restaurant in Mankato, Minnesota. Do not be confused by the signs outside advertising “gyros.” Although gyros are served there is also a wonderfully delicious Ethiopian menu to check out as well. Ethiopians do run the store and the atmosphere is quaint. It is a small restaurant and actually feels like you are in a restaurant in Ethiopia (from my own personal experiences over there).
