When TPLF arrogantly started the war the outcome was expected to be defeat to Abiy's government.
When the result of the war turned out to be a complete disaster to TPLF, GENOCIDE became the byword.

When you lose a million soldiers in a two year war, yes it is a genocide. But that is the nature of war. Soldiers kill the enemy. The people responsible for the genocide on the Tigray Defeated Force (TDF) are the Agame generals who know only human wave tactics. Moreover, the generals who were shooting retreating Agame soldiers should be held accountable.
