Ethiopian Army controlled Special police burned Degahbour business district

Reports reaching our service desk from the Ogaden online in the city of Degahbour confirm the burning down of the town’s business district by the so called Liyu Police onJune 8th, 2012

The Liyu police is a bandit paramilitary force trained, armed and funded by the Ethiopian government through aid provided by the international community to Ethiopia. The Ethiopian government formed this depraved militia in order to supplant Ethiopian army pogrom in Ogaden and disown Ethiopian Army genocide in Ogaden.

Eyewitnesses reported that more than 500 properties have been burned down. Our reporters indicate that the destruction of food supply and others goods appears to be another tool employed for the repression of the Ogaden civilians.
