Yes I did read about it in a history books, I also herd about the Dergue, Mahber 7, Kinijit....
You must be a time traveler from the post-Woyane future.
EriProdigy wrote:Officially woyane is history!! Lets say you are a political analyse and you got invited by foreign media to discus about Ethiopian current political events, lets say you are invited by the Al-Jazeera or The Guardian or by any other credible media to discus about Ethiopian elections, and if you said to them "woyane" will win or loose the election they would not understand what your talking about, they will most definitely consider you a loony and you will never ever be invited again to discus about the matter.
The same thing will happen to you if you some how invited to the UNHR to give speech about Ethiopian ruling party (EPRDF) violation of human right in Ethiopia, instead you talked about an entity called woyane that doesn't exist, you will be again considered a loony and you will not invite to talk again!!! Woyane only exists in your robotic brain.

Conformist,
Not necessarily brother! Just because one frog expires, Ethiopia need not go to crumble land.
Not quite, calling him a "frog" is merely a propaganda technique to make him look bad, yes he is ugly, but underneath he is a very very clever man. So far no man has proven a match for him in the whole of Ethiopia. Also in politics you have to be flexible, if meles survives this ordeal, he will probably change as a near death experience changes men. If he has a sincere change of heart and wants to work with us for the benefit of everybody, then there is no reason why we will not consider his offer, but if he persists in his wrong ways of the past he would have blown his last chance. But I feel he is going to receive one last chance, he is not dead, he will be back.

Conformist, you guys never cease to amaze me. How is a brutal dictator intelligent, if he was he wouldn't be one. How can a brutal dictator have a change of heart, if that is what you're hoping for then you're in for a long ride. The west media has built up this image of Meles as smart, etc, etc, and you simply buy into it.

First, there is a big difference between "cleverness" and "intelligence". It goes without saying intelligence is superior because it is use to benefit everyone, cleverness on the other hand is the kind of quick-wittiness used for for self-serving reasons.
In politics you don't close all the doors, not ever to a "brutal dictator" not even for a man you hate. If Meles experinces a change of heart due to the peril he passed through, it will show, his actions will be different. What he says is not what is important, but if what he does is different it is wise to pay attention to that.
