Why Woyanes hide the news of Meles Zenawi's death

Postby ProudEthiopian » 25 Jul 2012, 19:56

It is for the sake of maintaining their power.

1. that way they have enough time to settle differences about power sharing
2. that way they let the public pressure generated by his death to die out slowly

And this behaviour of theirs shows how little respect they have to human life, even to their leader, and their determination to keep power at all cost.

The next thing what will come out of Berket's mouth:

" Since his treatment may last longer period than what was anticipated earlier, for the sake of our country, unity and continuity of prosperity, our beloved leader has resigned from his post...."

--- A week later

“Our great and beloved leader has just passed away...”

Hey guys, it is survival !!!!!!!!!!!!! You think Weyane wants to loose power, get killed, loose their amassed properties. They do not want to be on the street like that of Megistu soldiers.

Folks,

At this point I need your help to comprehend it.
What is the difference between living in a warm cage when the little frog was alive and then moving the little body to cold cage, Refrigerator after he is dead???

Dedebit is always dedebit.

A week or so ago ESAT journalist Abebe Gelaw told the audience that a western journalist he met recently told him that Meles Zenawi is not dead but couldn't back her statement with evidence.
That made me think that the west knows about the fate of Meles (that he is actually dead) but like the other woyane officials is interested in keeping the news secret and confuse us and for some hidden reasons.

What might be those reasons ?
Are the west and the woyane officials cooking for us something and when the time comes will surprise us ?
Could that be that groups, not just TPLF , that make up EPRDF are also informed about the death of Meles and are now negotiating about power sharing or even application of article 39 ?

I think discussions about death or no death of Meles should be stopped and we should discuss all potential scenarios and how to behave not to be taken by surprise.

Bereket will not survive to announce the death of Melds; he missed that opportunity weeks ago!

Very encouraging.
So-called learned Ethiopians living in the USA are raising their voices against the US and the west when some of them called an article with the title: "Dictator Meles - Darling of the West - BBC" Sheer Western propaganda !

A good start. They should be careful not to die as cowards and lose the respect of their own sons and daughters.

By supporting a brutal leader like Meles for so long the US has put the burden of its "war on terror" on the Ethiopian people !
We should demand from Obama and the Americans not to put their burden of the war on terror on the shoulders of Ethiopians. Let they themselves pay the price for their own war. Saying as long as the regime cooperates with us on war on terror we dont care about human right abuses is racist.

Where to Ethiopia?

I am not sure why the PM's body is being kept until Sept. 2. Ethiopian Orthodox dictates that those in mourning should not eat until "Gebate Meret Eskifetsem" Christian Ethiopians, who mourn Meles for REAL will suffer...also Azebina...has she eaten...why should she mourn for over 2 months carrying the body around...Can a body stay that long without ....(you know what I mean) I know its the 21st Centuray...but gadam. The Staged Drama should be over...soon Im really
