Sibhat nega is telling us Ethiopia is doing OK without Meles. If that is true, why do need a PM ? I hope he does not mean that we need PM to murder us, rob us, lie to us, and cheat us.
After the fall of Derg, many cities did not have police, army, courts, and government administrative offices. If a country appears OK without a PM, does not mean TPLF institutions are working. It may be a sign calmness before the storm.

It could also mean Meles is still alive and in charge behind the scenes.
