Ewnetu Ferede wrote:Lemlem, you said: "No one in this world will give you almost 20% of its land without fighting it a long long war" You are absolutely right, if there is one crazy person that gives his country's port to others without a fight is "Meles Zemawi" . All that Kinjit says about Assab is - Let’s get back our port" If Eritreans fight to keep Assab with them, don't worry, it won't be a fight that will be fought for more than one or two weeks when Ethiopia is led by Ethiopians! No matter what, Kinjit or no Kinjit, Assab will be back to its historical owner. The question of Assab transcends political differences and party loyalty.

mr ewnetu ferede,

i like your openmindedness. you actually accepted that kinijit IS going to go to war with eritrea and take back asseb. good job my friend. this thread has been online for many many weeks but you are the first person to try to salvage kinijit's policy. unfortunately, instead of salvaging it you repeated what EPRDF and OLF said about Kinijit/CUD being a warmonging party. well thank you for that courage..

lets see if other neftengas will come to this thread and talk about the other three topics left (on language, federalism, economy)

so far what EPRDF and OLF said about CUD's weakness on the first part (asseb question) was very true, as our friend ewnetu ferede explained, we are just going to go to another war!! wow

what a courageous neftenga and what an amazing CUD policy to vote for.

i never really knew that any democratic nation in this world would vote for a party with an initial mission of starting a bloody war. but with CUD anything is possible

the thread that killed CUD continues...

OLLI Eqqa,

I don't think you are The Oromo Ethiopian. You are undoubtedly the Arab guy with concealed face of pretention. Don't put poison on your ear. You better not sit on your shoulder too. Look out for ways first to dislodge the carpic behaviour and hatred politics in your life.

Lemlem,

You need to see what is at your nose tip before prophesizing to see what is in some one’s mind. I am not a Kinjit member, supporter, nor sympathizer. In fact, there are many things that I disagree with Kinjit. But all these do not at all put me at odds with Kinjit. I do support it in the areas that we agree. Isn’t disagreement the dialectical foundation of growth and the very notion of dualism? If we hate and fight all other opposition groups other than ours then what is the purpose of multi party politics? Lemlem, war is the most primitive way of meeting one’s objective. No society on earth has been as advanced as the present society, yet no society on earth has allocated more resources for war like this society. Ethiopia is not different. We are not war mongers, but we never give what is ours for fear of war. War has always to be avoided, but when we have a traitor in Addis Ababa that gives the vital part of his country to another country; and when in that other country we have a cold blooded killer who wants more, war is a necessary means to stop both. By the way instead of shedding your crocodile tear in an already wet place, why don’t you work hard and send money home so that your parents can pay to “Esayas” when your sister or brother defects? Fighting for what is ours is not the Kinjit way, it is the Ethiopian way. Ok Lemaleme!
