Re: What Elias doesn't want people to read

Revolutions
Though his intentions are always to advance the interest of Ethiopia I have seen Elias unduly advancing his views using ER and condemned him many times for this breach of trust. But I have also observed that he never intentionally lies. It is no brainier for any genuine Ethiopian to trust Elias's view instead of a web sight controlled by an Eritrean colonel or Ethiopians who are at his mercy for their survival.

And more over if the story is false it should not be difficult for the "EPPF" and it's hosts to debunk it. Just send the mentioned 17 patriots to a third neutral country for Ethiopians to verify for themselves instead of engaging in a very expensive and time consuming propaganda campaign. Personally I am willing to reimburse the air fair for at least one of them once they arrive their destination. And I am sure almost Every Ethiopian in diaspora will contribute to that.

I have made clear many times I do not trust shabia. I don't see any logical explanation why shabia and Isayas Afeworqi who orchestrated the most heinous crimes in Ethiopian history would want to help Ethiopians. But that is just me and and I recognize I might be wrong. Therfore I do not oppose those who believe otherwise (like elias) as long as their intentions clear and will help and defend them when ever necessary.

If the views of those 17 and other patriots is not acceptable to shabia I would understand if they made them unwelcome on their territory. But murdering a person who sought refuge and a captive that in no way in a position to harm them shows the true nature of shabia and it's defenders. Personally it reinforced my belief that this are people who can not be trusted.

And more over it should make it clear to every Ethiopian that the burden for freedom rests on our shoulders, not on Eritrean and not on Tigrean. And we have all the resources we need to realize that freedom. Dependence on Tigrean brothers is the first thing we have to shade and trusting every other Ethiopian how ever politically different view he/she may holds is the key to our salvation.

Ahhhh..... Beles!!!

How sweet and soothing to hear you pour your heart out... and Ethiopians are supposed to lie down and roll over just because you feign dislike for Tigrayans.

So profound a statement even vacillating Ethiopians like Obamajr have started to embrace it

Hoya-hoye
never mind your contradictory observation of one speaking from once heart and pretending. If one speaks from heart one can not pretend. I can pour my heart because my conscience is clear. I don't pretend to care for you more than you do to your self. The point Eden tried to make. People with clear conscience do not need to pretend sanctimoniously Like you. To care for Ethiopians more than Ethiopians care for themselves.

Right now most tigrean are not concerned about the suffering of the rest of Ethiopians. That is to be expected. Many have benefited from this suffering. Tigrean and the rest of Ethiopians are in a very different place. The rest of Ethiopians are being singled out and victimized because they are not Tigreans. That is just a fact. True, Tigreans have their own problems and that problem is different if not unrelated from what the rest of Ethiopians are facing. Therefore it is only natural for Ethiopians to aspire to find a solution by themselves independently for their particular problem. It defies logic to expect those who created the problem in the first place to be the saviors.

People hear what they want to hear. Many of you who wanted and waited in vain to hear the worst things about EPPF are still stick with those claims and as long as it is satisfying you, i am sure you will engage with it. For me only official press releases count. If you want it or not, EPPF said EthioMedia and ER are lying and the official web site has more credit than any blogger like Revolution stated it.
Eden said that the web site is under col. Fitsum and her source is Elias. Elias was clever to mention this because he knew that EPPF sooner or later will rebuff this claim so that Eden can say what she said. It´s a dreamers wish to think EPPF is under full control of Eritrea because it doesn´t make any sense for Eritrea to bum any party out. Thinking for the long term it would be very damaging for Eritrea´s future, once EPPF on power.

Let's not pretend as though one web site has more credibility than the other. We all know how it works. Whether you like it or not the ball is now on EPLF and it's supporters court. They are in a position to prove their claim better than pointing to an obscure web site. Produce the patriots that are allegedly killed. If not Ethiopians have their answer.

Who are Ethiopians? Do you mean by Ethiopians ER and EthioMedia or EPPF and their supporters. I think if there is anything to ask the government of Eritrea it´s not ER or EthioMedia that should raise it but the EPPF by themselves. EPPF say we have no question and you want the Eritreans to answer. The best thing we can do is to ask EPPF to present the alleged disappeared individuals. Then it´s up to EPPF to ask the Eritreans or not in order to give us an answer. This is EPPF´s issue.

All along Elias might have been using EPPF to win back the heart of his abuser Wayane? I remember reading some one referring Elias as a business man, and with 40 millions Wayane's bribe money for grab, who knows, the business man Elias, through his new connection with Tigrain Wayane Abraha Belay of Ethiomedia, might be getting a piece of that pie too?

abyssinean- You want me to come on the field and meet you there. NOw in a sudden you want me to get along by your side and go infront to bring Assab Back. Did I have said I want Assab back? You need to chew what I wrote before you jump your fantasy bro. Read my lips- Assab belongs to Eritera. Eritera is a foreign Nation. Eritera is our next door neighbor. I have nothing to do with those Eriteran people for no reason. The shabos got mad at me because I don't have any kind respect for their president. The same as you weyane monkeys hate me for the same reason. This is not the time to focus about Assab. My enemey right now is your tyrant leader Zenawi who called us"Amaroch shintamoch nachew." I have to deal with him first. I hope you got my message.
abyssineanyeah, Aseb is very important in the near future since our economy is growing to the full (thought you used to tell us it is not import to talk about as soon as you heard the promise of GOE(god of Eritrea) i.e "the sky is the limit".   , i wonder what makes you to change your mind now?   )
keep on advocating for Aseb, we will go to the front together to bring Aseb back, will you?

Reviewer,

You seem to be one of the few people who are rational about issues. I would like to share with you that in February Elias and some diaspora Ethiopians attended the EPPF conference, the duties assigned to the diaspora Ethiopians was to familiarize EPPF with the larger diaspora population but Elias and his friends engaged in divisive politics instead of accomplishing the tasks given them, they wanted to control content of the EPPF website, it was made clear to them that no other website represented EPPF except the official website, Elias withdrew the EPPF website from his front page immediately and other diaspora EPPF members started a different website that claims to be the official EPPF website. After the EPPF leadership tried in vain to stop them they called all of them for a conference to be held in December 2010, most of them refused to attend the conference, at that conference in December those who refused to come were dismissed from EPPF, that is when Elias started his propaganda campaign against EPPF.

On the other hand Woyanne knew full well a well organized diaspora under the umbrella of EPPF was a threat to their staying in power so they targeted those people with enticements, blackmail and in some cases with outright threats to their families and properties in Ethiopia. Mind you Woyanne spent around 40 million dollars in this campaign. Woyannes spread their agents and spies into neighboring countries, specially Kenya and Sudan to hunt down or intimidate EPPF supporters, they also sent spies and operatives to Europe and America, these are the secrets that haven't come out yet but they will in due time.

Of course there are genuine Ethiopian patriots who may have been duped by ethiomedia's "Tikur Chaka" tales, that was an elaborate Woyanne propaganda ploy to demoralize Ethiopians in the diaspora and at the same time drive a wedge between Ethiopians and Eritreans in the diaspora, that ploy may have scared some Ethiopians and also reinforced some Ethiopians in the diaspora who blindly hate anything Eritrean. There is a lot that will come out soon. At the end of the day the truth will prevail. In Woyannes case they don't care about the truth or the long term consequences of their actions, all they care about is about scoring cheap political points to prolong their henious rule in Ethiopa, so with them anything goes as long as they can score points.
