for those of u who cannot change ur avatar due to the size of the picture, there is an easy way to do it. just save the picture below in ur desktop, open it in Paint (not viewer), then shrink the picture to 60 percent both horizontally and vertically, and save it. U should be able now to use it as a new avatar for it is within required limits.
