you don't know how hard it is to moniter every post that is made here. you may keep up for a day or two but you will go back to the normal routine of picking only few posts and see the contents. My guess is that Elias added more moderators to help curb this problem. That itself created some problem

I agree. I just wish we all censor ourselves. That would be more effective. It should really be unnecessary thing that we have admins to begin with. That is how I feel about it.

There are several possible scenarios. First, it could be the reason that she is not attracting as many responses as she would like. It is a natural phenomenon for a person with inferiority syndrome to show an abrupt sign of self-hate if the needed or perceived attention is not attained. To avoid having an empty thread, she locks it. Second, in her pure tyrannical approach, receiving and not giving is appreciated. There must be only one sender, the Big Brother, and the rest should be limited to receiving and agreeing. No questions or doubts in whatever form are tolerated. Third, she is smart enough to know her threads are flawed and can be easily discredited by anyone in this room. There is no better choice to avoid that than by locking it. Edu, tell us please, which one is it? It could also be the combination of all.

you have admin code. i have to lock them because you failed to enforce forum rules. i hate to lock them because the really appreciate the feedback. i will stop locking if and when forum violations are not the norm but the exceptions. it has nothing to do with my, your or others' stand on politics as you think.

BTW, this is not just Edu's problem. many leave or refrain from joining the forum because of the language we use.

Edu be a man and allow others to comment on whatever you posted. Otherwise it is like a one way ticket to nowhere. Where is the "Discussion" you claim to offer? Granted there are many rude forumers here, many of them your cousins of the lala land, but that is not a reason to lock up what you posted. I know Weyanes like to tell us some stories they like to shove down our throat with no questions asked. But since “wey ane!” is synonymous with lying, don't expect many of us to take it as God's word. But, even if it was unquestionably true, wouldn't you like people to commend you? nobody speaks for society in a state where elections are forbidden. there is no such thing called mandate from the people because people are not permitted to involve in their own affairs. how does zemeselo (or edu.) know what people want if the rulers shut down all means (non state media, parlama, demos) and throw anyone opposing their iron fist rule?

the difference between regime apologists like yourself and Edu. is you want the rulers to continue to rule without mandate after twenty years and i want the people to have a say in that. what is wrong with people having a say in it? if they want your hgdef, they get hgdef and you should be happy. if not, you will learn something new: you try to put hgdef back in power in the next contest for people's support. how is that bad deal for you? unless you know for sure people will never support hgdef and push you out of power permanently? may be that is your concern, is it?

As far as i am concerned, Meles has celebrated his 20 years going to 21 with no difference to Issayas in which you are complaining about a lot. How comes you failed to see this. It is ironic that you let Meles continue to be a dictator but oppose Issayas' dictatorship. that is double standard and a sinister ajenda. Meles is one of the most hated man in ethiopia and you know it that if fair election is conducted, he won't be elected. let alone in Ethiopia in general, he won't make it in his own tigray region. but we saw your flowery words for meles zenawi every now and then
