i know who said that. it was elias. he said that because he was for shawel and against the other CUDites. once haile shawl took the executive and fired top CUDites, elias turned around and called him 'atse shawel' 'feudal shawel' to indicate shawel was power hungry for exactly doing what elias himself recommended - get executive power.
