A modern tea factory with an installed capacity of 600 – 700 tons of made tea per annum is functioning in the Chewaka Estate producing different tea packages for the country and export purposes.

Berchaco Ethiopia Pvt. Ltd. Co. is a company that is playing a pivotal role in the industrial development of the country by substituting imports of cosmetic products.
The company was established 52 years ago by French Nationals and was bought by EAG in 1993 which then modernized and increased its production by adding and replacing the existing machineries . It was the only cosmetics producing firm in Ethiopia before the 1980’s, engaged mainly in perfume products.

since you showed us the Good side , could you also show us the other side "kit Gelbo kenebeneb Athun" nobody hates a good thing but "Wetu Lit Bemehonu Tasazenal" Anetem Abrehe Tasazenalehe. do you think the poor Ethiopians will care about buildings after all they can even go near them but it's OK to fell good somehow.

A Saudi investor has rolled out a US$3 billion investment scheme to be carried out over the next three years in Ethiopia.

RCC placement starts at Gibe III

RCC placement at the 1870MW Gibe III hydroelectric project in Ethiopia started for the main dam as of 17 December 2011, with full production having begun in early February.

The project will contain some 5.9Mm3 RCC and when completed will be the tallest RCC dam in the world. The project is a major challenge for all involved. There are expat staff from 26 countries working collectively with Ethiopian Engineers to obtain the best product that can be achieved.
