Weyane = Lies
Since when do people take what Weyane say at face value? You are naively assuming that what Weyane said today is true. Most likely, it is 90% lies because that is their custom. We will only begin to find out what really happened when the other side speaks. Otherwise, this is about as true as the alleged terrorist attack at AU summit.

PS- you never followed up on your trip report. Why?

If such provocation was from the other side, we would have seen a full scale war. but shabia is too powerless to act now and may be forever.

shabia is powerless these days. the once agressive shabia who was provoking yemen, sudan, djibuti in a matter of years for trivial matters is too powerless to confront weyanne when weyanne danced in his territory.
It is right on the money
Will or should Eritrea survive as one nation in the next five years? I doubt it. I was surprised Shabia was quite all day long after the Woyannies hit him hard inside Eritrea.

Weizero Semira..you started to sound like revelation...Any way, Daddy Arawit is on hand when you need him and i am going to help you understand.

For starters, Did the military engagement really happened? and Second, considering the Alias Redsea brought the news in detail [Casualties of war, captured tanks and missile] four days before the official statement of the [deleted], which side of the story is correct?

You might tell me, the event has indeed taken place, even your government has admitted that the the [deleted] have indeed made an incursion to sovereign Eritrean land and they have also lodged a complain to the UN security council and my reply to this hypothatic question is.....Thanks God...for a change, we are in a position of innocence rather than the aggressor. During the last 12 years, We have been framed and blamed for every misfortune which took place in the horn of Africa, redsea basin and beyond..And if you have amnesia let me help you about those wild accusations which was directed against the tiny nation.

A) Eritrea supports al Shebab and it has deployed more than 2000 of its Soldiers to fight along side the extremists groups, The same accusations which was used as an alibi to punish Eritrea and impose Sanction [Eritrea is not allowed to either buy or sell weapons globally]

B) Eritrea violated the territorial integrity of Djibouti and the US demanded security council should convene to discuss the matters and condemned Eritrea.

C) Eritrea supports Houth rebels of South Yemen by acting as the middle man of Iran

D) Eritrea has allowed Iran to deploy its navy in Assab.

E) Eritrea support Hamas with weaponary

F) Eritrea support the Tamil Tigers of Sri lanka, and the remaining Air force of the Tamil Tigers are in Eritrea

Even today...When the [deleted] are telling the entire world in a loud language that they have made an incursion to sovereign Eritrean territory, The blame of the attach is equally shifted between the alleged aggressor and alleged victim. Now just imagine!!!....If the alleged military engagement really happened and the circumstances of the events looked more or less as Red sea stated in this forum..and the Government of Eritrea made a press release about the events and the [deleted] in their turn, countered that Eritrea attached Ethiopian position....and blamed Eritrea as an aggressor.....Who would the western press portray as an aggressor?

For me...The fact that the [deleted] was Vocal about the incursion they allegedly made into Eritrean territory is a big PR from heaven. Under the condition, the circumstances never happened or the events looked more or less as the alias Redsea explained....and the Government of Eritrea should play its Card correctly and capitalize on this one big time.

Daddy Arawit.

The good'ol Shabia has transformed itself from a few rebels to a strong freedom fighting force, to a liberator of a nation, then it transformed the nation it liberated. Today, Shabia is leading a strong nation with the highest life expectancy in Africa, despite what CIAFALSEBOOK does Eritreans continue to enjoy the highest quality of life as well as being the longest living black people. I am not happy to admit this, but they are. All this happened in my life time. A country that never was has become one and that country has risen to the point of leading nations in Sub-Sahara Africa, soon to be emulated and replicated throughout Africa. If that's not a successful transformation in a mere twenty years, then I do not know the meaning of transformation. Sure, we would have liked them to lead a system of consensus, but given what they have done thus-far, I have a strong confidence they will adapt a system of consensus very soon.

Aba Dula - If you really understood the meaning of transformation, why don't you explain to us in your own words the meaning of Tyrant or dictator?

Semira,

What you said is very true and I posted the same sentiment on this website but there are other things going on right now Shaebia does not want to react immediately.

1. Shaebia knows that if there is war at the border, most Eritreans youth will cross to Ethiopia side immediately and every Eritrean is informed by their relatives from Diaspora to take an opening advantage to cross to Tigray side with out any delay while Shaebia killers are busy with Ethiopian forces.

2. Negotiations are going on between the two evils right now and the incursion Ethiopian forces for the first time with out any provocation of Eritrea is a planned by both sides to fool Ethiopians, specially Tigrayans and Amhara. If there was a plan from Ethiopia side to hit Eritrea with out Shaebia knowledge, Meles would not send a few soldiers to hit and run for his disadvantages, instead he would have sent massive firepower to end Shaebia. If Shaebia was hit by Ethiopia with out the knowledge of Shaebia, Issayas could have reacted harshly no matter how weak he is right now.

All Ethiopians we should not be fooled by those two evils trick, we have seen this movie before and we are fade up with their movies.

BTW, both of them are playing all Ethiopians like mice and cut, we Ethiopians are the mice and the two evils are the cut and they will kill Ethiopia at the end unless smart people of all Ethiopians unite and give support to the oppositions inside the country and force Meles to leave the country before he make more damages to the country. The more we give Meles time the harder to fix Ethiopia future, time is essence to react and do something for the country not to be the next PM of Ethiopia like Berhanu Nega and others.
