The untold story of Qeshi Gebru - What the TPLF "documentary" left out

Postby revelations » 16 Mar 2012, 19:29

The latest TPLF drama (literally!) was shown on ETV, supposedly to celebrate International Women's Day, by featuring one of their fighters. But, they left out key elements of this woman's history, as it would have exposed the real ugly nature of TPLF, which this "documentary" was not intended to do. Here are the main, crucial facts about this woman:

* - Qeshi Gebru became a child soldier of TPLF at age 13
* - She was raped at age 15 and forced to get abortion by TPLF bosses

There were many more Qeshi Gebru's, who were child soldiers, that were raped and forced to have abortion. One of the founding members of TPLF had given detail account of their saga on ESAT recently, how they were raped and forced to have abortion and worse yet, some were murdered in the end. The TPLF will never tell their true stories but you can have a glimpse of their lives inside TPLF of these child soldiers, by visiting this link. http://www.iss.co.za/Pubs/Monographs/No85/Chap4.html

The story of Qeshi Gebru a prisoner of war murdered by the Dergu is a reminder of the criminal and blood thirsty nature of that regime. The TPLF fighters were fighting such a regime. Qeshi Gebru and her comrades did not fight to replace one criminal and blood thirsty regime with another one of their own. If Qeshi Gebru was still alive she'd join the TPDM.
