you may be right about the symbiotic existence of tplf and shabia. But war is never dictated only by the wish of those who wage it. some times they will be forced in to it even when they know they should avoid it. And it seems to Meles is in that position right now once more. The domestic and the international momentum may force him to go to war. But this is not like the first TPLF SHABIA war. Until now I was skeptic of the effectiveness of Ethiopian armed groups in Eritrea. But if war breaks out between the two even a. few hundred armed groups injected into shewa and Siemen mountain regions will quickly snowball into a massive domestic revolt against TPLF from behind. That of course will not bring SHABIA a victory. What will fallow is anybody's guess.

THEY ALWAYS FANTACIZE ABOUT USING ERITREAN BLOOD TO CHANGE THEIR OWN COUNTRY. SHAME!

having said that, in my analyst mind, I know weyane and hgdef will never go to war. they need eachother to increase the chances of their continued rule. they like to continue to play the national security card by blaming eachother to take the steam off the domestic pressure for democratizating and sharing power. these rulers are not the same "naive" rulers (Siye group, G15) we had during the 98 - 2000 war. these rulers have one and one paramount objective: survival. one needs the other in order to survive.

you can tell this is true by the way hgdef followers react to hgdef repression in this forum. whenever we bring Eritrean issues like the jailings of journalists, they immediately blame meles or weyane (saying 32 journalists and G15 work for woyane. ridiculous? i know, but it works - essentially absolving responsibility from hgdef rulers.) if meles/ weyane is gone, then they can't dismiss the domestic problems by blaming weyane and redirecting the issue to weyane. hgdef would be in trouble because they have to answer the question without blaming it on weyane. hgdef needs weyane and weyane needs hgdef to prolong their rule.

Wey…Guud, what do you mean by "That of course will not bring Shabia a victory." Why wouldn’t the dismiss of woyane will bring victory or peace for Shaebia? Can you please explain yourself?

Ethiopian Review Intelligence Unit reported about Woyanne's military preparation for strike against Eritrea 2 months ago. Eritreans were saying at that time that Woyanne was just bluffing. The biggest enemy of the Eritrean government and its supporters is their underestimation of Woyanne. The GoE is also infested with Woyanne sympathizers who want to remove Isaias and make peace with Woyanne. TPDM alone has enough troops to cause havoc for Woyanne, but it is held back by Woyanne agents in the GoE.

Well, Elias Woyane has always wanted to wage war. It is only circumstances that has made her to count its days specially when things get complicated in its own circles then firing at anyone is a bless in disgusts in this creatures mindset. War is a delicate matter though. It is easier to talk about and start it, but then it is the war that controls you and not the other way around. That is the reason why it takes calmness and cool headiness during those trying times.

Elias,

The criminal tyrant friend of yours is dragging you to the dustbin of history. Or is it vice versa?

Hi elias.even though we need to know the current situation in Ethiopia,we know why weyane opened a new war] on
erirea.that is to divert our attention from Ethiopian suffer from hunger and to cover up to its political crisis.i know you know well about this.so why do you blow this issue more and more?u know no Ethiopian soldier not going to fire on his Eritrean brothers.please let us turn our back to ethioeritrean war and focus on our problems.elias please let us stop talking about Ethiopia ,or Eritrea Tigre ,Amhara ,oromo, and focus on how we can organize our effort to overthrow meles .it is clear that this midea is being used to distruct us from our goals than helping us to distroy weyane.

My Tigraway brother,
Let me speak to your conscience, if you have one.

If going to war with Eritrea is the only way you may prolong your stay in power, or to do a little more experiment with your Abay Tigray project, what makes you think that Eritreans have an obligation to provide you another opportunity to sacrifice additional 170,000 poor Amhara and Oromo young men into your reckless wars?

Let's not forget that you have erected a humongous statue/monument in Mekelle dedicated to the 45,000 TPLF martyrs, costing Ethiopian taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, but there's none built for the Ethiopian soldiers who perished during the 1998-2000 war. To add insult to fatal injury, you erected Tagay Paulos' statue in Addis Ababa in a brazen act of disrespect to the 170,000 young Ethiopian men whom you had sacrificed on the altar of your Abay Tigray experiment.

Elias I thought you were smarter than that. Where did you get the idea that woyane struck Eritrea, as in..... the Eritrean Defence Force or Eritrean people or Eritrea's own interests?
Do you really know what "striking Eritrea" and "striking the woyane opposers who are hiding in Eritrea mean for real?
So, far I did not hear any ethiopian general, spoken person or their PM to come out clean and say that their aim was towards Eritrea except you and the rest of the coward @@gg@@mme forumers.
Why is every body giving the lousy and coward woyane the credit they do not deserve?
Did not they, them selves told the world that they were after the people who oppose them (woyane opposition group, which are ethiopians by origin)? So where are you guys getting the Eritrean thing here?
Yes, yes I understand that the mere fact that they cross an internationally recognized border and dropped some bombs even if it was not directed to the sovereing Eritrea, does warrant a retaliation from the Eritrean Defence Force.
But first, they were scared to thier pants that as soon as they flew back safely to ethiopia, in their wicked ways they appologized by saying "we were not After Eritrea", before even Eritrea decided what to do about it.
Secondly, Eritrea has all the legal means to retaliate, but why waste even one Eritrean bullet to retaliate when we all know that woyane is doing such, to hood wink the ethiopian people as well as we know, that is what a dying regime does in its final survival mode? If it really meant to have confrontation with Eritrea, it should have not said that it was going after its own opposition fighters.
As of your assumption that there are woyane sympathizers inside the GoE, all I got to say is bullsh**t. Do not get me wrong. Yes I hate the woyane. It is the distibilizing force in the region and I would be happy to see it gone for good. But still, it is not Eritrea's responsibilty to take it down, just like it is not any body's business on who should be, the leader of Eritrea, but Eritreans.
By now you should have understood, that we do not have any problem on who is leading ethiopia. We could care or less if woyane lead your country for the next million years. What we care is... it better not mess with our people, country and our interest.
But if one trys to disect the threads of majority of you, you sound like you want Eritrea to get rid of woyane for you all.
If we go to war with the woyane or any other leader you might bring in the future, it won't be because we want to chose who should be your leader, but because your leader f**ks up around with us for no legal means. Removing your cancer is your own problem and it is your business.
So, all of you, stop twisting the news to make look like that Eritrea is weak for not retaliating, to enhance yor agendas.
if woyane has any reason to go to war with Eritrea, then let it act upon it and aim it, at Eritrea for real.
Then and only then will we have the reason to do what we have to do.
But beating a kid who already said, he is sorry for intrudding to your domain, is not an Eritrean culture.
Well "we were after our own opposition groups and we were not acting to hurm the Eritrean people and we did not want to confront the EDF" is the same, as saying "SORRY".
Finally Elias, yes just like we told every body 2 months ago that woyane was bluffing, again we say it is bluffing to screw you people.
And please spare me of your TPDM and other LF's of your country. They all are sissies, just like the internet tigers you have in this forum. Quit balming Eritrea for their weakness and cowardiness. Eritrea can train them, arm them, but ain't going to fight on their behalves. By the way, if your regime was not hosting the handfull anti Eritrean opposition groups in your country we would not either. It is like..... if it is good for the goose, it got to be good for the gander.
