I am going to Ethiopia next month and I need help from you people. I intend to take two IPhones and give as a gift to my other significants. Since it is a surprise I can’t talk to them about it. So my point is what kind of smart phonens is best In Ethiopia. Is G3 okay or G4 or others phones. Please share your take with me.

To answer your question..any type of iPhone works ...G3 or G4. They can even call you long distance using iPhone with out charge from Ethiopia..they only need to upload a software.

Zemi, make sure whatever phone you take it takes SIM card. You can buy the SIM card there.
