أكدت وزارة الداخلية اليمنية ما نشره «المصدر أونلاين» في وقت سابق بشأن عمليات تعذيب متسللين أفارقة على يد عصابات مسلحة في مديرية حرض الحدودية التابعة لمحافظة حجة شمال اليمن.



وقالت الوزارة إنها اكتشفت احتجاز 129 اثيوبيا على يد عصابتين مسلحتين، حيث يتم تعذيبهم جسدياً وإجبارهم على الاتصال بأهاليهم في السعودية لتحويل مبالغ مالية يقوم المهربون بالاستيلاء عليها.


وأضافت الداخلية أن كلاً من «عبدالله عبده الوحش وخالد محمد عبسي» هم المتهمان الرئيسيان بقيادة تلك العصابات، مشيرة إلى أن المتهم الوحش كان يحتجز 49 أثيوبياً داخل حوش منزله، فيما كان يحتجز المتهم الثاني 79 أثيوبياً قدموا إلى البلاد بطريقة غير شرعية بهدف التسلل إلى السعودية.


وحصل «المصدر أونلاين» على نسخة من وثيقة أمنية صادرة عن إدارة أمن حرض عليها أسماء 19 شخصاً، وقالت الوثيقة إنهم يملكون «أحواش» تحوي مهربين أفارقة، في عدة قرى بالمديرية.


وكان «المصدر أونلاين» قد كشف في تقرير نشره يوم الجمعة الماضية عن قيام عصابات مسلحة باحتجاز أفارقة في تلك المناطق وتعذيبهم بشكل بشع، وبتر بعض أعضاءهم لإجبارهم على دفع أموال.


وأكدت مصادر أمنية لـ«المصدر أونلاين» ان المعتقلات والسجون موجودة في منطقة الشريفية بمديرية حرض، مشيرة إلى تصفية عدد من الضحايا الأفارقة وتعذيب البعض الآخر.


وقالت وزارة الداخلية إنها حررت المخطوفين، مشيرة إلى اليمنيين الذين يعملون في مجال التهريب كانوا يقومون بتجميع المتسللين الأثيوبيين الذين يريدون الدخول إلى الأراضي السعودية بصورة غير شرعية وعن طريق التهريب.


وأشارت إلى أنها وبعد تحرير الأثيوبيين «في علمية سريعة ومباغتة» قامت بنقلهم إلى المستشفيات وإيداعهم مركز العودة الطوعية للمهاجرين التابع لمنظمة الهجرة الدولية في حرض تمهيداً لإعادة ترحيلهم إلى بلدهم بالتعاون من المنظمة الدولية.


وذكرت الداخلية أن الأجهزة الأمنية قامت بإحالة المهربين إلى النيابة في حرض لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم.


وبحسب إحصائيات أمنية وحقوقية حصل عليها «المصدر أونلاين»، فقد تم رصد نحو 170 حالة اعتداء لمتسللين أفارقة خلال الفترة من 1 يناير 2011 حتى 24 يناير العام الحالي توزعت على النحو التالي: «90 شاب، و10 نساء، و50 طفل، و20 مسن».


وأشارت إلى أن معظم تلك الاعتداءات جسدية، وأغلبها «حرق بالنار وضرب بالوجه مما يسبب فقدان في السمع أو البصر».



وطبقاً للإحصائية فيتوزع مرتكبو تلك الانتهاكات كالآتي: 156 حالة من قبل عصابات التهريب، 6 حالات من قبل حرس الحدود السعودي، 4 حالات من قبل حرس الحدود اليمني، 4 حالات من قبل قطاع الطرق، إضافة إلى 12 حالة سطو و4 حالات اتجار بشري.


وطالبت عدد من المنظمات الانسانية وزارة حقوق الانسان والجهات الامنية إيقاف مثل هذه الجرائم ومحاسبة من يقف ورائها.


وأشارت مصادر أمنية إلى ضلوع مشائخ وأصحاب نفوذ في هذه الجرائم سواء من خلال تبنيها أو من خلال حماية العصابات التي تقوم بها.



وحصل المصدر أونلاين على عدد من صور الضحايا، لكنه ينشر نماذج بسيطة ويعتذر عن حجب الأخرى حفاظاً على مشاعر القراء.
