You mix up things between federalism and criminal activities. If you are a New Yorker and went to New Jersey and broke New Jersey's law, there should be a court of law in New Jersey to try your case and bring you to justice. What do you call deporting New Yorkers and their young children in thousands from New Jersey to New York under the suspicion and allegation of some New Yorkers in New Jersey breaking New Jersey's law?
