US is insisting to volunteer to help the Eritrean sanction commission to come with a guidlines.

This is so funny. Ambassador Rice is insisting to volunteer and work with the sanction committee closely to come up with guidelines to monitor who is investing in Eritrea and control the revenue which are generated in those mines related companies..This is allowing the fox to shepherd the sheep’s. but this behavior only shows the total bankruptcy and frustration of the ambassador. How low can a person sink so low ? Does the negress knows she is representing the United states and not Fuji?

Having said that...I want to take the opportunity to praise myself for been a far sighted individual and who predicted the tenor of the negro president accurately ...When Some Eritreans were squirting and screaming, Change...Change with the half bantu Obama president....I said..Don't delude your self...If the [deleted] race could change..it could have changed the ordeal and slavery it went through 300 years but..it was unchained either by chance or because of the mercy of its master....

With out further due...Read the statement of Ambassador Desta

Ambassador Araya Desta.

Due diligence guidelines: The monitoring group further states, that it is also developing due diligence guidelines to assist the committee with its task, as requested under operative paragraph 13 of the resolution 2023 for the optional use of member states”..............................................

Whatever the judgment may be in all these affairs,, they cannot justify the introductions of due diligence measures, however, optional , that will encumber investment opportunities and economic growth in a developing country that has come out from a long and devastating war of national liberation. Particularly, when the measures are predicted not on incontrovertible evidences, but on the mere presumption that Eritrea might use the revenue that accrue from these investments for “purpose of regional destabilization” Eritrea*s detractors are of course eager on slamming these measures as its bolsters their armour in their hysterical campaigns of animosity and belligerence. It is indeed instructive to recall that the US permanent Representative to the UN “Volunteered” to work closely with the monitoring group in “developing these guidelines” during the security council discussions on December 15 last year when the resolution 2023 was adopted. This was questioned by another permanent member of the security council for its procedural inappropriateness of delegating this task to the monitoring group when the customary practice is for this job to be performed by the sanction committee… Eritrea therefore hopes for that reason will prevail when the security council mulls over this issue

Susan Rice, like all other US diplomats, once her $150k a year ambassadorial job ends, she will be working for a Washington lobbying firm, earning millions of dollars a year working as image cleaner for genocidal African dictators who use money they received in foreign-aid to pay the lobbyists to help them have squeaky clean image. For instance, the former State Department assistant secretary for African affairs Dr. Jendayi Frazer is currently working for one of Washington's lobbying firms that represents the Ugandan dictator Yoweri Museveni, and she's earning millions of dollars making the dictator look like a "saint."

Susan Rice, too, has every reason to help keep the genocidal Meles Zenawi stay in power so she may one day will have a slice of the pie given in aid to Ethiopia. It's a dog-eat-dog world.

How amazing is that? UNSC is nothing but a joke. I now have come to understand what Assad said to Barbara Walters when he laughed and said, its a place where everyone plays game. We are stepping into a dangerous zone with this woman who has sold her office's function to Hilary Clinton and her backers from behind. A woman who is intoxicated with semen juice can be more dangerous than the semen producer beast.
